The more I read about these two that were arrested the more I get irritated with the 2nd degree murder charges. They both seem like career criminals and you would think only one plea deal would be offered if they are trying to get one to flip on the others. Please...someone explain to me how this 20 something year old is only getting 2nd degree? Wouldn't simply taking the death penalty off the table be bargaining enough for such a brutal murder??? What am I missing? Someone talk some sense into me!

Easier to extradite on 2nd degree charges than on murder one in a death penalty state.

Good morning, Everyone.

I am still reeling that the hit man used a hammer as the weapon and screamed where neighbors could hear him.

I see the Sheriff had no other PC last night? It was mentioned that he may come back which led me to believe he would be arresting another suspect or suspects soon.

IF XXXX is involved and its sure looking this way I have a couple of theories and they are opinions only.

Someone was either having an affair behind her back (most likely in her office imo) or she wanted a divorce and the creep wanted her gone so he could inherit everything they had and also would have custody of their children. Or someone was taking money out of her accounts illegally and she found out. And who in the hell puts up a million dollar goal on go fund me? I have great suspicion about the woman who did that and her involvement, if any. Just suspicions for now.

I would also like to know if she had a high insurance policy. They could have been in financial straights for often we see murders like this done for financial gain. The only thing that gives me pause about that theory is she was the bread winner. If ? is involved then something changed in their relationship whether it was having an affair or whether she wanted a divorce. I don't know what that change was but believe it was that recent CHANGE that put all of this in place.

But the suspect Wright bothers me the most for some reason and I cant put my finger on it just yet. He would know all the information about many things pertaining to the office finances I would think. Could he have been siphoning off funds from Teresa's accounts and she found out?

It also bothers me that he looks just like Mark. Did he come to her door with a cap on with his head down and at first she thought he was Mark at a glance? I really have no clue or why that thought keeps going through my mind. I now think the 'break in' was staged. I think he/they were already inside of the house when she arrived home. But why second degree murder though instead of first degree for both men? If they were there inside waiting on her to murder her that most certainly would be totally premeditated first degree murder. I don't think I have ever seen another case concerning hit men that were charged with second degree instead of first, have you? The very words 'hit man' shows the murder was premeditated before it even happened. So that is so confusing to me. Second degree charges are more like crime of passion that erupted with no premeditated intent to murder. So puzzling.

I wonder if she had narcotic samples inside of her home. Maybe the other hit man, JR, was given prescription drugs at first and was told where to find them in the home.

I would like to know the relationship between Dr. Teresa and Wright. Were they close I wonder? I would think she had to trust him if she let him access her computers remotely.

Sorry I have no answers but just a million things popping in my mind along with all of you.

I hope we see more arrests today if there are more perps out there. Dr. Teresa's children, family, and friends deserve to see that everyone involved in this horrific crime is exposed and brought to justice.

IMO

Easier to extradite on 2nd degree charges than on murder one in a death penalty state.

But doesn't MO also have the death penalty? If so, I don't see why it would be hard to extradite on first degree charges. Its done all the time all over the nation.

I seriously doubt that she had narcotics at home. They have to come from a pharmacy.

I have a friend who was a drug salesman. I had no idea that the dtugs that are delivered to pharmacies are in a big building with no windows that I drove by everyday on he way to work. No one ever talked about it that lived in the neighborhood.

They don't mess around with narcotics,

As a matter of fact, I have heard from several people that it is just about impossible to get pain pills today.

If CWW was a computer whiz, he could program her computer to do anything. I bet there is a nice bank account somewhere, for one thing.

And there could be phantom patients but it is pretty diificult for that as there is no insurance scam unless he made one somehow

Reminder:

Had to remove a couple of posts and just wanted to remind y'all that the arrested perps, JR and CWW, are the only two who can be sleuthed, per Websleuths rules.

Of course, y'all can sleuth whoever you please but can't post about it here...yet anyway. Mods will advise of any new additions as this case developments.

Doctors are still given sample boxes of drugs sold by different drug salesperson though. The boxes actually can be a thirty day supply that the doctor can give to the patient to try to see if it helps.

Let me just clarify something... Teresa Sievers is a murder victim.. my speculation is that she was also a victim of a controlling domestic relationship that spilled over into her work life as her husband managed her practice. My opinion is that when a powerful wife is the primary bread winner an insecure man can be resentful and might seek to slowly usurp the control and focus from the wife to himself.
These kinds of men are never satisfied. In TRUTH, she was his boss at work. There may have been occurrences at work where he felt demeaned. It is a "guy thing". The male psyche of the "hunter gatherer" is coded in their DNA. Acquiescing to take out the trash at home is one thing.. being the second in command at work might be a whole other dynamic. My opinion is that over time Teresa may have been embroiled in a power struggle with her spouse and started to lose parts of herself.. gave in to things like hiring a convicted felon to run the computers etc. to keep peace and avoid conflict. Just my opinion at the moment.. but as i said.. she had a medical license to protect and it would seem to me some pressure came to bear in order for her to agree to this questionable computer liaison. Narcotics?

Whatever was going on I suspect the assistant picked up on something and high tailed it out of there when TS was murdered. I think she had suspicions and wanted no part of it. jmo

I have no idea really, but I have seen perps on WS get arrested on one set of charges and then the charges are upped later. Doesn't Florida have the death penalty so a grand jury has to find for first degree?

Like I said though, I know zero

Yes we do have the death penalty. I feel better knowing his charges can be upped

CWW looks like a sweetheart on his FB.

So often I have seen comments from people on how someone cannot be evil because their FB pics look so sweet.

Here is another example.

In VA, I have to physically go to the dr.'s office and pick up the printed prescription with electronic signature. Unfortunately, it's a 116 mile round trip. My DH can also pick them up with a letter of permission from me.

I can only use ONE pharmacy to fill the prescriptions. This keeps down doctor shopping.

A bit off topic but...gov ordered a state of emergency for Florida due to a possible hurricane. Hopefully an arrest is made before and if it comes. Also pray for the safety of the daughters.

If CWW did computer work out of her home is it possible he was doing something unlawfull on it.
Could it be he was there to get something off that computer before they returned home and were surprised she had come home.
Was this man using this woman and her business to run drugs?

and just maybe MS and children are in protective custody.

Thanks for clarifying and expressing your line of thinking so well.

fwiw, we think very much alike. ;)

Narcotics?

Usually not narcs. a doctor can actually dispense their own narcs.. they buy them from the drug company. It involves a HUGE amount of paper work not to mention the narcs must be double locked.. counted several times a day..and discrepancies reported bla bla. She may have been dispensing other controlled substances like testosterone supplements or something like that but I dont think that is what the problem is here. JMO IMO, HIPAA laws and compliance with DEA concerns would certainly give one pause when hiring a convicted meth maker to work anywhere near your medical practice..CWW would never pass a background check if, for example, he was looking for a job in a hospital setting as an IT specialist. Things have gotten very tight in the controlled substance area.. by comparison this appears fast and loose. Pressure was brought to bear to hire this guy IMO. Teresa was a victim in more ways than one..JMO

Thank you for the information.

Maybe doctors have quit giving samples. I have never been given sample drugs but my aunt has been given them before.

I just remember another case involving a doctor although he was the murderer of his wife totally and they found many sample boxes of medications in his home of all varieties.

Here the prescription is printed out but has to be manually signed by the doctor or PA. I don't have to have an agreement for my hubby to pick up my prescription pain meds though and he is the one that always picks them up for me. Of course it is his insurance policy and information plus mine that is on file. We aren't limited to any particular pharmacy. My husband gets his eye pressure meds from one pharmacy and I was getting my two meds a month at the same pharmacy. However they were out of stock so many times when he went to pick them up that I now use another pharmacy and he is still using CVS.

Here, in all doctors' offices it is on file for them to pull up on their computer which shows you are only getting the drugs one doctor has prescribed. All pharmacies here are all linked together for the doctors to look at now which is a good thing because I have read that doctor shopping is an epidemic and must be stopped.

I'm a former coastal resident so I know what you guys are going through today. Wishing y'all luck fighting the masses for gas, batteries, candles, water, etc.. today!

MS looked like he loves being with his children. I'm not so sure he was controlling.
I don't believe he ran her business but ran her office. Office Manager!
Has CWW been using this couple for many years.

MS paid for one of his friends wedding. I mean he seems to be a really nice guy!
something is missing in this picture.

I think the next arrest wont be MS but possibly an office worker.
