[When we visited the home, Rodger’s girlfriend’s family explained how they learned about the horrific murder. They say he confessed to the killings earlier this week, and even pointed her to where he hid the evidence."Evidently quite a bit of evidence. He brought it all here and threw it away and told Taylor where it was. I think they found the bloody jumpsuit he wore," said Cathy Gaston, a family member.
His girlfriend then told investigators when they moved in for an arrest.

Not sure I understand this. Sounds like the gf only told police where the evidence was hidden when they showed up to arrest him.

What an idiot to brag about the crime, how stupid can you be to still have evidence of the crime and why would you tell your girlfriend?

The most outstanding aspect to me is how would he have known that TS was home alone that night unless someone very close to Teresa told him? I can only assume he was most likely hired to commit this murder, and now I will be waiting to see who else is arrested. I have my thoughts, but don't want to violate the TOS ... by the way, thank you to our informative and patient moderators!!!!

If he is the same Jimmy R.Rodgers (shown as 2 of them) under the Missouri Vine Inmates list, they are showing a dob as: April 1, 1990 ?? middle name Ray showing age 25.?

We need a second confirmation then. :jail:
 
Someone on TS staff may have thought TS was demanding too much of a cut out of healing classes revenue and the staff person "forgot" that it was TS' MD degree that brought in the patients. Teresa's MD degree gave legitimacy to all the touchy-feely classes and alternative healing being offered. Someone got real greedy and thought they no longer needed TS in the practice. JMO

According to NBC-2 - he confessed to girlfriend, she told her parents, they arrested him on probation violation for leaving the state, while in jail investigators went to trailer, left with mountain of evidence (supposedly the investigators at trailer happened this week per neighbors). Then charged with murder while in jail for probation violation

The good news: this creep is in custody and seems like the type who will spill his guts about everyone involved. The bad news: he obviously was hired by, at least, one person close to Theresa who could help with the logistics. My heart is breaking for her children. jmho
 
Im hoping a second arrest doesn't take as long. But in Beverly Carter case it was a month later before the second suspect was arrested.

I viewed some of his arrests. All state 4/11/1990.
Trying to figure out the charge. I'll post it here.

Most criminals are NOT smart. We had the Bluegrass Conspiracy in Ky.... many parts to this thing, one being a well regarded attorney supplied the gun for a woman to travel to FL and shoot to death the prosecutor who put her hubby in The Big House. NOT SMART as there was plenty of room in The Big House for the woman and the attorney too, as well as others involved.

"Theoretically" the alarm can be disarmed remotely, by cellphone, at the prearranged time. jmo
