I watched the uncut police videos of RR and MD which were about 2.5 hrs. I then listened to neighbors audio of their encounters with MD and his 2nd and 3rd wives. Unbelievable. I also read the article where MD piloted a plane into NASA airspace and was escorted by a military helicopter to an airport where he was detained. MD is something else.....JMV

MD owned 3 handguns and 6 rifles. In police interview RR did not shed one tear. MD had already been arrested. MD's 2nd wife was Mexican and his 3rd wife was Colombian. According to neighbors he threatened his 2nd wife with deportation and she would never see their 2 daughters again. He was threatening and physically, verbally and emotionally abusive to both wives. Anyone surprised?

My guess would be that Angela Corey is STRENUOUSLY arguing her objection not only to Dr. Abuso qualifying as an expert witness without ever having interviewed much less tested the defendant, but ALSO allowing the good doctor of sitting in on MD's testimony in order to cherry-pick sentences to shore up his "diagnosis".

The neighbors are on audio and names redacted. Court Chatter was the site. In further reading, there is a law firm posting about MD. I don't know whether they represent the boys or Mr. Davis. Got the NASA incident there. The no fly zone is 30 miles by 10 miles and every pilot knows where it is as it is clearly marked on charts. The Atlantis was in its dock....

Corey objects to Dr. Abuso... says it's up to the jury to decide. It sounds like the judge will say that he can't testify, saying it is more difficult to get this type of testimony in under Daubert.

Self-defense will be totally out unless Dunn testifies.

What a pickle for the defense!

They didn't to put the defense in the position of having to put Dunn on the stand to testify as to his claim of self-defense.

This same team made a major error in the GZ trial by putting all the information out there first, making it unnecessary for him to testify.

It wouldn't surprise me if Cory says that Abuso can testify AFTER MD. She knows already she can make mincemeat out of both of them AND put on a fantastic rebuttal case.

Lessons learned...

Seems to me that team didn't want to win the GZ trial - this time it seems a completely different approach.

that marriage history makes sense...don't know about that first wife but the two next wives were from cultures where in marriage women are often expected to be subordinate to the husband...in line with what you would expect from md...and yes that is a broad generalization and of course you can see what Rhonda's personality...she is childlike and would do anything Michael says. She was, in my opinion, pathetic. Still looking for video of neighbors...MD maybe should remain silent??
