I just thought of something. Did he have two separate key rings? One for the car key and one for the apartment key? Most people have their keys together on one key ring which means he would have had to turn the car off to get back inside the apartment. I am not saying he didn't have separate key rings, just something that stuck out to me.

It sounds awful that you have to wake up small children in the middle of the night just to get your spouse from his/her work. That's all.

In another report LE said they initially thought the childs father had taken him, until they located him at home in another county. Then they issued the alert.
