I am in no way a profiler but it doesn't seem to me that this guy has any gang affiliation. His walk isn't cocky enough, no "swagger" if you will. He is calm, cool, and collected. Knows what he wants to do and as far as he is concerned nothing is going to stop him from doing it. I don't completely disagree with the military association. Maybe he went through the training but never passed his psych evaluation? Maybe he was discharged from the military (honourably or otherwise) and has an axe to grind against the general population? Or maybe he had something traumatic happen to him right before these killing occurred?
I do not have any military training, so maybe I'm completely off with these theories.
I'm just throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something might stick.
if enough of us keep throwing ideas around maybe we will break this thing wide open.
I've been all over the military since the beginning. But I don't think LE should jump to the conclusion that he was trained by OUR military. I hope they've looked at recent travelers to the Middle East and ruled those out first. I do believe he is our former or current military though and also hope they are looking at those who have come home in the past year to year and a half. I do believe he is in his very early twenties. 20 to 23
I think he knows the neighborhood but hasn't been there long and may even be a bridge transient.
I reiterate my suggestion from earlier that I think LE should check Walmart video. Everyone goes there for something. In this case, maybe for burner phones.
