What I find curious is when someone posts an opinion contrary to popular opinion ie Dale not responsible for Michelle's disappearance some people get their feathers ruffled and think it a conspiracy. My feelings have never changed if you go back and read my posts. Also, how can someone post info to clear Dale when there is not one shred of evidence that implicates him in Michelle's demise?

I guess we agree to disagree...I haven't seen any of those type of posts on Michelle's thread (conspiracies). It's pretty clear to me who is responsible. If there were other possibilities to explore (other suspects etc) we could shift attention away from Dale. Since he lawyered up, won't take a lie detector test, and has done nada to clear his name and reputation we are left pondering where he hid Michelle...

I'm sure that LE, who named him as the prime suspect in her disappearance, would disagree with this statement.

MOO

I missed that... DS went online under an alias and posted that M is a well-known escort? How do we know he did that, if he was under an alias?

He left a trail via his email addy. He's a sharp one, that guy.

Didn't know that in now America people had to clear their name when named a suspect. As far as other possibilities well we are not allowed to talk about anyone else. I often wonder how this whole thread would have gone if Dale wasn't named a suspect.

You think? I'm willing to bet they are regretting it just a tad.

No you don't have to do anything....but if I were suspected in a disappearance and were innocent I'd do EVERYTHING in my power to clear my name and it certainly wouldn't be using a fake FB account to claim my ex was an escort...

So since you brought it up, I wonder why he would say such a thing. Kind of an odd thing to accuse her of. I have a feeling and always have that before this is all over things are going to get real messy.

Ah but there you go applying the rational thought of an innocent person to a powder keg of evil. MOO.

Kidding. Maybe you missed the previous posts about Dale posting under several names and the recent influx of pro-Dale posts. It was a joke. :)

Gotcha, I'm a tad better looking than him. :)

I disagree. The lead investigator MM has been quoted many times stating they still believe they have the right suspect. I am confident LE has a solid strategy. LE could have held off a bit longer and gave Dale a bit more rope to hang himself, but not sure it would have made much difference. LE probably knew they wouldn't get any help so with no real upside, why wait? The only thing naming him so early accomplished was Dale lawyering up sooner rather than later...I highly doubt we'd be any further along had LE waited to name Dale a suspect . JMO

I'm just guessing here but he said it to her step mom (spite?), it was on his Jedi club's website where friends could see it (distraction?) and he wanted to place the blame elsewhere (shift away from himself?). I mean God only knows how Jr thinks. I don't want to speculate too much on why Dale said it but rather what it shows relating to his character and online deceitful activity. IMO no innocent person would use such tactics...

Naming him sooner was a huge mistake. IF Dale was going to hang himself they took the noose away from him so to speak. Of course they are not going to admit they are wrong about him, not after a big press conference.

I would honestly love to here a plausible theory as to how Dale did all that he did in such a short period of time. I really can't think of one. I fear this is going to turn into a cold case in the long run.

Saying something like that is usually done out of anger to get back at someone. Either way, I am willing to bet LE went over every phone call going to and from her cell phone. Do you think that if LE did find something or someone else to go on they would tell us?

I personally don't think someone as criminally minded as Dale would have hung himself figuratively speaking even if he was never named a suspect. I still believe this was premeditated.

It could be relatively easy to pull off this crime within the timeframe (if properly planned). To begin with. He had 42 minutes that he tried to erase. What happened during that time? Why lie to LE about those minutes? IMO that is the most critical time (3:18-4:00pm).

Yes and no. If there were something found that exonerated Dale or implicated another person, they MAY share that with the public depending on strategy... But if there was another person of interest right now, LE probably wouldn't let the public know so that said person would keep their guard down.

As far as cell phone, I doubt much value was found on the cellphone (other than pings which mayor may not be helpful) IMO Dale or whoever tossed the phone did so knowing it would not provide any clues...

You remember that photo that was found on her phone?
