Do they have DNA results back? The last story I read (one in which Sheriff says yesterday was for Somer; today is for her killer) didn't he say they were still waiting for forensic results? Maybe that did not include DNA.

Under WK's registry it says he was adjudicated 12/12/2002 for SEX BATT/COERCE CHILD BY ADULT; F.S. 794.011(8)(b) (PRINCIPAL)
When I clicked on it, the definition states his victim was over 12 years old but under 18 years old of which he had authority over via a familial or custodial relationship.
Did he have another offense involving a 6 year old or did I mix something up?

CWG....... In fact I sure they know way more than we do. I have no doubt about that.

My point with this is...

I think that sex offenders sites need to be update to be consistent.

that my beef......and he was on the police report and one article said it was a mistake and he been clear.....but still showing a active warrant on one site.

so what is it??? is he still running around Florida? he is in Texas??
does he have a warrant or not.

According to the fdle warrant site they suppossedly update regularly: "Information provided through this site is updated from the Florida Crime Information Center files every 24 hours."

All I meant was that we are not getting answers to what is going on with CWG. I find it hard to believe that his information being on the initial report was an error to begin with. Don't know what to think, but doubt LE will give us anymore info than they already have.......

Sorta off-topic but this story is really sickening.....if you can stomach it-read the indictment which warns of graphic content-truly horrendous and disturbing. Can't believe he was teaching for years. (Mods-if this is prohibited please remove.) This is making headlines across parts of Texas. This typ of sex offender, to me, is as bad as one who murders.

I don't like plea deals either!! Especially for child predators. I thought to plea one had to plea to a lesser included charge. It doesn't seem like a victim over 12, under 18 would be a lesser included charge if the child was 6.
Maybe I have this wrong??

What do we know about AHG III? He is listed on the police report and the fact that he is unemployed makes me wonder more about him and he is a male.
CPC what do we know about him? He is on the police report. He is also a male.
SAP he was at the home waiting for the children to come home. He is male and I don't know what he was doing before the children came home. Also on police report.
CWG also is on police report and is a male. He intrigues me as being a possible person of interest. Is he a RSO? Because of his job, he may be home during the day and only works at night?
Okay, lets clear the above males that are listed on the police report. Thanks.

I don't think I made it even 2 sentences and closed it. I see what you mean about the graphic content in the indictment, made me sick beyond words. I agree, he's just as bad! Looking at him you'd never know it. Something for us to keep in mind and good for people to know what kind of sicko's are out there so they can try to protect their kids.

The BEST thing for this case is that they found Somer very fast and found her! I can't imagine if we were on here and couldn't locate her. I hate that we found her not living anymore but finding her is the best thing. I think the fact that D was not told Somer was missing for about 50 minutes last seen is tough because if they notified her earlier that she didn't come home maybe they would have more answers.

I am depressed after reading it-my mind cannot wrap around how someone can promote this-and yes, I wondered the same thing-where are the children and how are they doing? I apologize for upsetting anyone by posting this but articles like this tell the real truth about what goes on-and how the devil has many disguises......I hope he stays in prison forever.

Why did she go pick up the eldest 13 year old son at the park? She was at work so she wouldn't normally pick him up there at that time, imo. What was he doing there?
Why were there an officer at the corner of Gano and Floyd Circle West? How far away is that location from the 1080 Gano home?
Why would CPC take the little boy twin of Somer with him in the search? Why not leave him with his mother, D and the other children? I would want all my children with me immediately and not leave my side until I found Somer.
I don't understand the mistaken identity of CWG on the police report?
Could Connie S know more than what she is saying?

Please tell me why this is happening to our children! How can the thought of doing anything sexual to a child ever even enter a person's mind?

maybe the pair that lived near that fire last night need to be looked into. I don't know that they could be mistaken for Hispanics but maybe they had something to do with Somer?? Do we even know if that man and woman are known to one another. It's likely but do we know for certain?

O/T This should make us depressed and sick to our stomach. That is a normal response to this. But it does need to be out in the media more. There is human trafficking going on in the US and everyone wants to think it doesn't happen here and turn a blind eye to it. Very bad things happen when humans are trafficked (understatement I know). Children are turned into sex slaves--their lives are ruined. I'd be willing to bet that this is how a lot of these kids ended up tortured on film. How often do we really hear about this in the media.

being a loser, he has erect posture and good skin, an oval face. The female companion is short and tubby, brunette, dim complexion, features set in a grim expression, a mug's face.

He is stressed, anxious, nerves on wires and since he is on a critical degree and unstable, using very bad judgment, he may be more easily caught.
