Colton Levi Clark
Missing from Seminole, Oklahoma (Wewoka) April 20, 2006 Reported around 4:00PM
DOB: 5/24/97
Suspects:
Rebecca F. Clark DOB: 06/17/1956
James Rex Clark 05/11/1950

The condensed version of this case: Colton and his brother Austin were adopted by their uncle James Rex Clark and his wife Becky Clark after their parents were incarcerated. (Their father Monty Clark is Rex's brother).

They did attend school for a short time but was pulled out and "homeschooled". On April 20, 2006 Becky Clark had an appointment with a psychiatrist for one of the boys in a neighboring town. She claims at she went into Colton's room about 11am to tell him it was time to go but he was gone.

A social worker also had an appointment with the Clark's at their home at 4pm. It was the social worker that alerted authorities to Colton's disappearance. No one had seen Colton in weeks, maybe over a month before April 20, 2006.

The Clarks told police that they believed Colton had ran away for getting into trouble earlier and had taken a backpack and some food. Therefore LE treated the case like a runaway for the first couple of days. Colton was 9 years old at the time.

On September 30, 2006 Austin (which had been renamed Homer by the Clarks) ran away. When he was found, enough had been told about alleged abuse to the boys that after questioned or prodded, the Clarks gave up custody of Austin. He has since been re-adopted by a very loving family.

- Family member personally told me that her 1st Cousin, Curtis Bonnell (29 years old) confessioned of this murder, after being arrested for a sexual assault, unlawful confinement on November 8, 2009

A pond on the 40 acres belonging to Whitton was drained Friday. Cadaver dogs were brought to the site to search it.

FBI spokesman Paul Daymond declined to comment on the progress of the search or what led searchers to the pond.

As you noted, Buffy was a very pretty girl and had several suitors. I plan to speak with LE and relay this information.

This is not a missing person request but a request to some insight as to what happened to my exhusband/father of my children, I hope thats ok.

He was found dead in his home 6/22/2007. His birthday was 12/13/1972. His brother was accused of murdering him, his birthday is 1/14/1965. The brothers girlfriend was also present in the home but I dont have any information on her other than her name. (It is possible to get info if needed tho)

“This is a case of two brothers. Alcohol played a significant role in what happened. They had a history of fighting physically. Tragically on this occasion it resulted in the death of one of the brothers. Certainly the charges that Mr. Harmon pleaded guilty to reflect that he acted recklessly in a manner that caused his brother’s death. That’s something he will have to live with for the rest of his life.”

Umholtz said the charge his office proceeded with was based on expert opinion, the law, and all of the evidence in the case.

Green told 10th Judicial Circuit Court Judge Richard Grawey that the prosecution would present evidence showing that Harmon went to his brother’s home on the night of his death with his girlfriend for a visit. The brothers were drinking and an argument started. A fight ensued.

In an autopsy it was discovered that a broken hyoid bone in the neck caused Jason Harmon’s death. Robert Harmon told police that his brother was lying on the floor making a strange moaning sound when he left the home the night of his death. As Robert left the home Jason tried to grab his leg. Robert told police he asked Jason if he was all right and Jason only grunted. The autopsy revealed that Jason had been strangled.

Green said Robert Harmon had a bruise when he was interviewed by police that appeared to have been caused by a bite.

When Robert Harmon left the home of his brother his car broke down on Veterans Drive and he and his girlfriend went to the Super 8 Motel for the night. The next day after he got the car started he drove by Jason’s home and saw the door still open. Robert then called his father, Robert C. Harmon, to check on Jason. His father found Jason dead on the living room floor, said Green.
Robert Harmon told police that he struck his brother in the chin during the fight. Pekin police noted in their report that Jason Harmon had no scratches or marks indicating that he and his brother had fought.

websurfer, you have read the book & we have not. What I need you to do is read the book again or call the library. Ask the librarian exactly what time Sharon disappeared, and of course, the date. You probably remember the location but we need that too. From that information, we can draw up the event horoscope. The birth date is definitely not needed and Libra b. 1967 is unhelpful. Can you imagine how many people were born in late September and the first three weeks of October in 1967? Right, way too many to imagine.

Hi. I would like to request a chart be done on:

Douglas Stewart
D.O.B. - March 23th, 1984 (Time was of birth was not specified by his mother, but I could ask her for it, if it's needed)
Place of birth- Ottawa, On, Canada

D.O.D - February 18th, 2004 (A specific time of death has never been confirmed by LE, and his mother has never been given a police report regarding her sons death) Although, the last time someone had for sure spoke with him or seen him alive and well was around 1pm, on February 17th
Place of death - Ottawa, On, Canada

There is a person that was appearently believed to be the killer, although there was never enough proof to arrest this person. I can ask a friend for the person they believe comitted this murder if needed as well.

Douglas' mother has been hoping for some kind of justice for her son for the past 5 years, but there have been no leads in the case, although it still remains open. Police have been hush hush about this case though, so much that I couldn't even find a news article online from the year this happened. The only articles are from his mothers yearly vigils that she holds, in order to keep the publics awareness and for hope in that there may be a lead in this case

I really hope I have given enough information for a chart to be done. A chart for Douglas may help solve this horrible crime and let his parents, family and friends finally have some peace knowing that this have been solved and that the killer is brought to justice.

Please, and kind of information you can share may be helpful. It's soon to be 6 years that Douglas was murdered, and still no one has spoken up at all.

I'd like to introduce you to Hugues De la Plaza

He was 36 years old

DOB ~ June 11th, 1970

Place of birth ~ France

Last SEEN ~ 1:45 am on June 2nd 2007
@ Underground SF, a club in San Fransisco CA. He left the club on foot, headed for his apartment blocks away.

Last POSSIBLE sighting ~ security cam 2:06 am just steps from his apartment. Security cam is located on the house next door to Hugues residence.

Neighbor reports hearing a disturbance outside the apartment at 2:38 am

Both the front and the back door to Hugues apartment were locked. The front had a deabolt that was also locked.

Security video shows nothing except for Hugues at 2:06 am, enroute to the apartment, and then when LE shows up shortly after 8 am. Nothing in between.

911 call ~ 8 am June 2nd, 2007 by neighbor, who saw blood on the porch of the building he also had an apartment in.

Body discovered ~ 8:20 am June 2nd, 2007 inside his apartment at 462 Linden Street, San Fransisco.

He lived alone.

He worked at LeapFrog, an educational toy and software company, as a sound engineer.

He drove a motorcycle, which was sitting outside his apartment.

Hugues, or as we affectionately call him "Oog," had three stab wounds. This was listed as his cause of death. The manner of death was listed as undetermined because the ME couldn't seem to decide if Oog was murdered or if he commited suicide?

No murder weapon was found.

I come to you in hopes that perhaps you can help provide Oog's parents some answers in the death of their only child.

Hi Fifth, per your request I was able to confirm the missing persons report was filed at 11:20PM Aug 27, 2004.

B's mom estimate his asking his neighbor to watch his dog at about 5PM Aug 24, 2007. This is the best she can do. With that I hope we'll be able to lend insight into where he's been buried so his parents and sister can bring him home.

I got Pat's birthday from her daughter Rita:

Patricia Kimmi dob 10-06-1951 born in Hawaii as her parents were in the military.

She went missing on 6 November 2009. She had shopped with friends and passed by a cctv camera at 1740 on her way home. Rita her daughter says she would have been home at 1745. Rita noticed her missing the next morning. She found the door closed, her dog was inside the house. Nothing was taken or disrupted inside the home. There was a 3/4 full can of pop next to the computer. There was drops of blood on the porch and signs of a struggle. Dogs tracked her to the driveway... less than a mile down the road the dogs picked her scent up again... there were further signs of struggle, her partial plate denture and a hat and a money clip were found.

She has an ex husband and works two jobs one with a moving company and one cleaning. She has lots of friends and family and would not open the door to a stranger per her daughter.

Please oh please... if you guys could do a chart for Pat? Thank you so much for your time.
