The chart for the addendum is confirmation that the prisoner has never veered from her insistence on Z.F.G. as the culprit. Most everyone in the main forum gathered that and everyone here did. Still, it is odd to see it written out over a year later, signed by the prisoner.

Serpentis rises in the addendum horoscope, an evil Fixed Star denoting one who is "a pest and a terror to society". Thus we know the prisoner was the driving force behind the insistence that prosecution has no case. I have an appointment but when I get back, I will put out the chart and analysis.

No, we don't have the planets for the late witness coming forward this past July. Would you care to look up his planets for us, 5stars? No need to draw up a chart, just list the planets for that day in January. They are available on the web.

5stars & Tuba Here is my post with more info on JT that I posted 08/26/09.....that was when it was 1st reported that the state added 2 new names to their wirness list. It was a mystery why JT was on the witness list in Aug.! It was just found out in the last doc dump why he was on it.

Good morning everyone. I'm wondering if the charts may show the defense is setting up for a plea deal...maybe? Something I noticed, if you refer to the following, is that the defense made a motion to dismiss counts 001 and 002, but they failed to mention count 003 - which is "MANSLAUGHTER". Please refer to the following screenshots which I'm enclosing for your quick reference, snipped & resized for space. Count 001 is "Murder", Count 002 is "Child Abuse", and count 003 is "Manslaughter". The defense team made a motion to dismiss 001 & 002 on 9/30/09 - and has been counteracted by the prosecution. I'm just wondering if they believe Casey is so innocent, why settle for Manslaughter? Again, do you think they're trying to garner a plea deal?

Can you get ready for this? Prisoner would have us renew the search for the Real Killer, the fictive nanny from NY, NC and Puerto Rico.

As depicted in the event horoscope, Moon rules the Ninth House of the law and is in the Sign on House 7 though not within that House. By now, you know what this means. The activity here violates public policy and the public good. It is also straining the judge who oversees this case. His own cusp, the midheaven or House 10 will react to the ACTION point, Neptune the stem. The fantasy wore out its welcome at the sheriffs' office in July, 2008. How can she persist with this!? Meticulous care of and reference to evidentiary detail will defeat this effort out of the gate. The prisoner could almost convince me that there was something to the ZFG story by her insistence and bulldogging, if I didn't know how she led LE down that corridor at Universal. I have never, ever seen someone lie the way Casey did that day. At this point, her insistence is comical in some ways. I admit it boggles my mind that someone could really act this way - just makes me shake my head.

Because the cusp of House 9 is about to change, as are Venus and Saturn, the suppression of the facts will end when Libra comes to the cusp now held by Virgo. The tremendous confidence felt by Defense in filing this motion and others submitted at the same time is shown by the north node of the Moon and a stationary Jupiter both occupying the First House.
