Angel, it appears to me Andrea L. is asking for persmission to work in Florida in the civil case as she is doing in the criminal case. She doesn't appear to be asking to be out of it, instead, because she is from out-of-state, she needs permission to participate in the civil case as an attorney. Why ask for permission to participate if one expects to drop out later? I dunno. Astrologically, I have no idea. As it is, I have trouble reading these Florida motions ("Comes now the Movant") since their language is so different from the Louisiana documents and others that I'm used to. :crazy:

Don't you just love Microsoft? Sheeesh. While I have Windows, I don't use IE which drives me mad. Instead I use Firefox which blocks advertisements, or Safari. I also have Opera, but it's not as advanced as Firefox. All I know is there are a lot of evil techies out there who cause these bad things to happen to unsuspecting websurfers.

Angel, I want to thank you for posting the links to the Levi Page radio show in the Haleigh Time-Stamped thread. I didn't look to see if it was in the Caylee thread, too. The guests were Leonard P. and maybe two other people. They mentioned problems with the R Kronk testimony and his August searches of the area where Caylee was (allegedly - cough, cough) dumped by her mother. They were saying his girlfriend works at the jailhouse and may have overheard confidential information between KC and Jose! That she may have repeated it to R Kronk is a problem. Is it possible this is true? I have my doubts because as we noticed, both astrologically and personally, JB's attitude seemed to change after Caylee's remains were found. If KC had told JB as early as August where the remains were, it doesn't make sense that he would have such a change in his demeanor in December. Is this some sort of way to attempt to discredit R Kronk? According to the charts, this wasn't indicated, was it? Or did I miss it?

I was extremely skeptical listening to this radio broadcast, as the people were also blaming the woman, the victim, who was harassed on the highway by Misty Croslin and the woman who works with TES! How credible is this Levi guy's show, anyway? Sorry to bring this Haleigh case related stuff here, but I have many questions about that show.

I see how you derived the idea that someone will be shortly dropping out, from the script under the chart at #80. That was not what I intended by predicting changes in the offing. I didn't mean changes in personnel, I meant changes in attitudes, actions, legal fortunes, etc. within the team. But you may be correct. We have already seen the total withdrawal of Terence Lenamon. But who would it be? Right now, Defense needs every member of the team it has. I still believe A.L. will drop out next year.

aksleuth I take the Levi show with a grain of salt, as well as a few other's who report on both cases....though there is always a grain of truth within what they report. Many times what seems like far fetched it does end up being found to be true later on. Just like any media report each journalist has their own take on what they are reporting.....we are all unique in our own way. Everyone has different life experiences that change how we conceive things we see/hear/read etc.

It's what is special about each & everyone of us..........So to get back to the Levi Show I believe what is said on the show IMHO, but has some things added to spice up their story whatever it maybe. Only time will tell who was/has/is being 100% trueful.

I do doubt, IMHO, that there is NO way Baez would allow KC to ramble on (nor would he himself....unless it's in front of a camera! LOL) if anyone is nearby when they have their lovely meetings at the jail.

OT: Still have both eyelid infections.... Opthamologist doubled my 2 antibiotics & last week drained some more of the chalzions in both eyes. Wanted to drain them again at my 5th follow up apt. (yesterday), but I begged to give the doubled up 2 antibiotics a chance. Promised I would call if they got any worse between the next apts. I'll be fighting this for a long time, due to them both being chronic infections. They can get undercontrol, but are very stubborn & resistant to antibiotics when in a flared state.

The biggest bummer on top of it all....no make-up allowed until the infections are not as flared up! Not happy about that at all right now. I hide behind sunglasses as much as possible! :crazy:

I say if KC volunteered an explanation as to how the money disappeared Amy should be able to challenge KC in open court. Otherwise Amy is still a victim. I'm surprised with all the money that the A's are making off all their appearances that CA has not offered to give Amy the money she found in KC's wallet when obviously it belonged to Amy. Along with an apology it would have been the first thing I would have done.

Lee does have a well integrated chart. Not a jolly chart. At this time, both Saturn and Uranus are afflicting his Neptune. He avoids the distress, the pressure and the confusion by using his Neptune bolt hole. Long ago, I described how being a boy raised along side the much favored "princess" is reflected in his chart. How grossly unfair that was to him in every way. It is just possible though that his parents saw there was really good stuff in him and knew he would paddle his own canoe successfully. That is not how it feels to the child who is neglected and often ignored, however.

In Lee's depositions, he remarked more than once that he believes what the prisoner says because he has to. In a way, that is cryptic. He might mean that life on Hopespring becomes too miserable for him if he doesn't go along to get along. He might mean that his consciousness cannot tolerate certain possibilities and so he chooses not to believe in them. He may also mean that if his reason defeats the family version of what happened, his views could contribute to the ultimate penalty for his sister. Lee is between the breakers and the barracudas.

Lee should be back when he feels it is important for him to appear in court. There is no planet in his chart nor in the coming transits that would prevent that.
