Again, if you read my original post, you will see I suggested that I have pity for her,
because of precisely this, "the mental illness" which to me is obvious as I've outlined,but in no way would I ever have defended the act of murder OR suggest she not be prosecuted for the act.
The concept of "she's just plain evil" however, I don't buy and that she is "100% in control of her faculties" I don't buy either.
This is what some of the media would have you believe.
One can hate an act, yet still find empathy and even pity and sorrow for the fact that the person could have been helped, rather then delayed to the point of no return
I do not for a moment, believe that Caylee would want her mother hated by the majority of people for her mental gyrations. Nor do I hate her for them. I simply hate the "act" of murder and there is a huge difference. One can hate the actions and not the person.
And find pity for the person whose mental(abnormality) imbalances brought them to such an act.
