The hearing is about 2 motions that Baez submitted & the other motion is by the State to "Strike Baez's Witness List"...The state dosen't like something about his witness list!


Does KC have to appear for this hearing Tuba?

This is the chart for the hearing that may indeed take place as scheduled. As seen on this map, the Sun puts light on the prisoner, her acts and character and she is featured in the news. The Moon, however, is so late in her Sign, only the prisoner is energized as her Sun is at that degree. The hearing itself lacks steam.

Change of venue appears as a real possibility now that Mercury is activated by conjunction with Mars, trine to Saturn and sextile to Uranus and has rulership over the cities denoted by II on H. 4. With the Sun 2° from trine to H. 4, that could happen in a couple of months.

Btw, speaking of heroics, a woman was murdered on the street in my city this weekend. Two of her killers were caught because their mothers called police saying the composite sketches shown on TV were their sons. They called at different times. Those two moms had the courage to do the right thing. We should all be as courageous. So like Roy, there are other angels in this world.

Hi AKsleuth. I'm a southern belle too. I read that same article - and had the same thought. Those mothers did the right thing and I was so proud of them. I now it must be unbearable to turn your own child in, but even more horrible to live with the thought that you did not stop them! The A's have overlooked KC's psychopathology all of her life - so she just kept escalating and finally did the unthinkable.

The third teen suspect was also turned in by his mother. Just heard the news tonight. So all three of the teens who took part in the woman's murder are behind bars after just a few short days.

Last night on my local news, they mentioned Caylee's murder and the document dump of yesterday, including the heart on the duct tape over her mouth. We don't hear much about the case here. I follow the case on the internet.

Looks like some one in LE is taking the incest rumor seriously. All DNA requests to FBI were returned *except* for this one. Perhaps the result of this DNA comparison is being withheld?

Very fitting that he has his own special star as he is a very special person Tuba.

I posted a message on the site at Fox about our messages here for his birthday! I hope he sees them all & uses these messages in the days to come whenever he is feeling down.

I wanted to scream so many times at the TV today when some idiot lawyers were trying to accuse him of being involved or taking the trashbag with Caylee in it! :furious: One was trying to say that he took her home & placed objects in the bag with her & put her back scattering the bones.

Come on look at the forsenic & interview reports! I yelled at the TV the only one to blame is KC. If anything was ever disturbed at the crime scene where Caylee was found, or added, it was done by one of the A's or DC the P.I. that did it.

Sorry I guess this post should be long in the rant thread!

Thanks, Angel. I went to the parking lot and found it. :crazy: Wasn't LE checking everything against Caylee's DNA? Not just Lee's. Maybe??? I don't know.......What was the date on that request? Before or after Caylee was found?

Edited to say I just found the comment on page 3318, dated OCTOBER 10, 2008. So obviously it was before they found Caylee's remains. I don't know if that makes a difference. ???


I'm hoping Lovejac is just overwhelmed by reading all the documents from yesterday.


Looking at the document at the link given for the DNA question, I found a death certificate for Eric Baker, died May 2007, in Kentucky, page 3080. Is this supposed to be the guy Cindy claimed was Caylee's father? He doesn't fit with Cindy's claim that he was married with two children other than Caylee, plus this guy is three years younger than Casey, of mixed race, plus he was a single, never married high school student.

Where did these people get this info? Did they look online for people who died out of state that could match their timeline? Did LE do a computer forensic to see if the As did a search for dead guys of 2007? I might be missing something. The Ortiz guy also died in May 2007, also an auto accident. Coincidence?

Did anyone do a chart for this young man to see if there's a relation to Caylee, or is it so obvious there isn't (which I believe)?
