If Lee was Caylee's father, wouldn't her remains have been released to him, since Casey is incarcerated? Just wondering....I don't know how it works, but it would make sense.

IF (note the IF please) LA was found to be Caylee's bio father he still has never been designated as her *legal* father. There is no father listed on the birth certificate so any man who was later named the father (by just signing on voluntarily or by way of court ordered DNA testing of any stripe) would have to go through a family court hearing to be designated the *legal* father at this late date. Being the bio father is not *legally* the same thing as being the *legal* father. Ask any man who has been a victim of paternity fraud.

Therefore, the FBI finding a bio father for Caylee via DNA profile comparisons does not make that man automatically a *legal* father with any *legal* rights to the remains of the child.

George Anthony Reported Missing

Friday, January 23, 2009 – updated: 3:18 am EST January 23, 2009
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- George Anthony, father of Casey Anthony, was reported missing, Friday morning. He was later found at a Daytona Beach motel.

The Anthonys' attorney, Brad Conway, said George was OK. He was taken into custody under Florida's Baker Act which allows the state to hold people involuntarily pending a psychiatric evaluation.

The lead investigator in the case and several Orange County sheriff's deputies responded to the house of George and Cindy Anthony late Thursday night.

Just watched the live news on FOX35 online. George was taken to the hospital by the Chief of Police in Daytona.

Kid Finders and Dominic Casey are at the A house.

GA left the house Thursday morning, was expected back at 4Pm for a meeting with his family and attorney that he missed. The family called OCSO about 11pm. GA was found later, registered in a motel under his name, found when the police used his cell phone pings to find him!

Astrologically speaking, I know we've known for a while his health was questionable, and we've been worried about him. So can a new chart be done for yesterday to compare with the older chart?

I'm really worried about him even though he's at the hospital, I can't imagine the pain he has just thinking about going back to that house. :cry:

This is just so sad. KC has truly destroyed this family in so many ways.

So Astros out there, Will George survive this? (and by 'this', I mean the bigger picture of the death of his grandchild) I am hoping one of you can give me some peace about this situation. Having been suicidal at one point (and in the hospital because of it), it is breaking my heart that he is going through this.

Although on the positive side, at least he is alive and now in a place where he can get some professional help.

I could post progressions, but do not think these are as useful as transits. Midpoints might be very useful in a situation like this, and will check these out later to see what might show up there.

I am posting a chart of George Anthony's midpoint trees, because I think these show the situation. Look at George's Saturn at 2 degrees of Libra. Look at where the old bugaboo planet in this entire situation is at present. I mean PLUTO, which now sits at 2 Capricorn.

I haven't done much with Chiron, so you all might help with interpreting how this factor is working in his chart. And, would it be helpful if I posted the complete listing of all George's midpoints?
