I've had similar wonderings, Aksleuth. While no place is 'evil' the energy surrounding it certainly could be, and since like attracts like, the energy attracts like a magnet the vermin who think similar, low vibrational thoughts.

While looking at RSO charts, I was absolutely stunned at how many interacted with Haleigh's sunrise natal and the 911 Call chart.

Here's a tip: don't move to Satsuma, especially if you have young children.

I've done studies with AstroCartoGraphy and Relocation Astrology where the concept is that certain people are better suited to live in a certain place. For example, actors migrate to New York and Hollywood, financial types *used* to have dreams of becoming Wall Street icons (until the stock market made those dreams more like nightmares), snow enthusiasts choose Aspen, Switzerland, Sun Valley to teach skiing, to be mountain climbers.... I've been advised to relocate to Sedona or Austin because I wouldn't feel like a fish out of water there - lots of astrologers mingling about, I'm told, or Las Vegas because my Mercury line runs right through it. Whatever. Obviously, a fisher would live near water, an archeologist would spend the majority of her days in ancient, obscure places, an animal lover would go where the animals are. Certain places are more conducive to our interests which in turn are influenced by our natal charts.

It's been nearly four years since I studied this field of astrology, but my thoughts are that something in the natal chart of the area is what draws these people. Putnam County was founded January 18, 1849. Palatka is the county seat. Putnam was created from parts of five other counties. I have to think "there's something in the water" in the area to make so many like-minded individuals end up there. Whatever is in the location's natal chart is also in the charts of many of its citizens or it touches certain of their chart points in a profound way.


Just for the record, while being famous is an appealing idea in the short run, it's not a good place for me, either. Just the thought of doing charts for the public is enough to give me the astrologers form of writers' block - I freeze up more solid than an ice cube and nothing, absolutely nothing flows through.

SHORT ANALYSIS:

In Misty's chart, there is a preponderance of Sagittarius and Capricorn placements:

As I am not yet well versed in the nature and influences of the asteroids, I will focus on the planetary placements in the signs of Sagittarius and Capricorn.

Looking at Misty's chart, I see a person who is both 'Sunshine and Storm', 'Light and Dark'. One would think that her many placements in Sagittarius would make her more light-hearted and gay, but these placements are offset by the darker, Saturnine nature that besets her from her Capricorn placements.

With her Mars and Mercury both in Sag, this suggests that she is flighty, scattered, and somewhat disorganized; however, her Moon, No. Node, Uranus and Neptune placements in Capricorn offset those traits, making her responsible, thrifty, dutiful and hard-working. Her great rapport with children most likely springs from her Sagittarius placements, as Sag is a sign much given to the love of children and small animals.

Due to her Sag placements, I feel that on the night in question, she was not telling outright lies in regards to where little Haleigh was sleeping, or as to the clothing Haleigh was supposedly dressed in; this could be the placement of her Mars and Mercury in Sag, which under the circumstances of being interrogated and having to report the incident, would perhaps make her somewhat scattered, confused, and would therefore give the appearance of her changing her story.

Misty's Neptune placement in Capricorn makes her somewhat hampered in things of the spirit; most likely she would feel 'unbalanced' should these matters come up or emerge even in social circles. She also might be given to the use of alcohol and/or strong stimulants, as Neptune may seduce the 'lower' side of her Capricorn nature. All of her Cap placements would also make Misty more than sombre; there would also be the usual melancholy and obsessiveness which accompanies the sign, thrown in with a certain amount of selfish ambition which accompanies her Moon/Cap placement. A good example of the true Cap nature which shows the melancholic nature of this sign can be seen by observing the spirit, life and writings of Edgar Allen Poe. As many may know, he wrote many stores based on the melancholic, the macabre and the bizarre (many of which became movies portrayed by Vincent Price, the master of macabre acting -- I love movies; they're often my escape, and I have a great collections of old movies). Edgar Allen Poe was a true Capricorn through and through, and suffered much for it throughout his life. I believe that the young wife he brought home died before reaching a good age, perhaps due to the sombre, forbidding, depressed and obsessive nature of ol' Edgar himself!

In Misty's chart -- just from what I have seen of her on TV news broadcasts -- her Capricorn stellium seems to dominate her chart, her spirit and overall bearing. I would not have taken her to be born under the sign of Sagittarius, for she seems so very serious in nature, and of course saddened by the turn of events. I am, however, now beginning to wonder if she has had any interaction in Haleigh's disappearance -- although I still doubt any willful interaction by her. For some reason, a thought seemed to sneak into my mind that perhaps little Haleigh could have been 'sold' to whomever took her, and that money would be used to help out with household finances, and that perhaps Misty might have somehow had a hand in this. Just a thought. But perhaps this thought crept in due to my observation of the Capricorn stellium in her chart, combined with the manner in which she has been presenting herself on camera. In some shots of her, she seems to be calculatingly thinking of her own interests and how to best survive the onslaughts of suspicion and criticism she now finds herself under. The Opposite placements of Vx in Cancer and the Moon's So. (Malefic) Node in Cancer only seem to make things worse. These two positions make me think of 'the bad mother, abandoning or causing harm to her child', either by willful neglect, or outright criminal/hurtful actions. Therefore, although I am mostly of the opinion that Misty has not contributed outright to Haleigh's disappearance and abduction, there are still most definitely doubts in my mind.

I will study the transit positions for the event time to better have a more clear understanding and insight into the calibre of nature she (Misty) was operating under and the influences that were at work on the night in question.

There is an Asteroid, SAPPHO, which may be relevant as its spelling contains RSO Sapp's last name in full.

Mr. Dave Campbell, author of "Forensic Astrology," believes named Asteroids often serve to identify perps in forensic charts.

Donald Sapp's SAPPHO is placed at 02:06 Virgo in his natal chart and is partile conjunct ASCENDANT (02:37 Virgo) in LAST SEEN BY G-GMA chart. Furthermore, Sapp's natal SAPPHO at 02:06 Virgo is closely conjunct 911 Call chart MOON (01:41 Virgo) and partile trine 911 Call chart PLUTO (02:33 Capricorn), rising in that chart and signaling complications/ kidnapping/ rape.

Sapp's natal SAPPHO is closely opposed Haleigh's natal MARS/URANUS conjunction (01 - 07 Pisces), which of course was triggered by ASCENDANT in LAST SEEN BY G-GMA chart.

Housemouse is researching the positioning of Sapp's DONN, another named Asteroid that obviously is connected to his name. If I see further connections, I will post them after reviewing her input.

In the meantime, I repeat my caution: LE needs to go over this SAPP person again. Thoroughly. There are just too many connections.

The reason I asked if Misty was fully clothed when she called 911 was not to imply she had been with another man but that she may not have been in bed at all. I can't get it out of my head that she was dressed when she phoned and when she went out to meet Ron's returning vehicle. I cannot explain how or why I think that but it is a v. strong visualization.

As previously discussed, Ron's Uranus conjoins Misty's Mars and both are square Haleigh's Mars. Each of these planets are at 7°, just for emphasis. At the time Haleigh disappeared, the asteroid named "Misto" was 7:19 II (7:18:45"). Here is the degree reading for Mercury on that day: A woman lifting from the ground an injured child.______Kozminsky.

What are we not being told? What is Misty omitting from her account of February 9-10?

I did try to search...what I was able to find, (not much either!) the most common Sapp surname of Native American descent was Cherokee.
