According to Fulton County court documents, the men provided the victim with “opiates” that night inside of the apartment.

Investigators believe she was in need of medical attention but the two men did not call 911, in an effort to cover things up.

Channel 2 Action News learned a third suspect is also being charged for his role in helping the two men dispose of the body. Police have not arrested him, but Jackson is hoping someone will give him up.

“Steven Oboite is a fugitive and anybody that’s aware of where he is or were he’s hiding should come forward,” said Jackson.

At the hearing on Thursday, Hendrickson's attorney argued that his client should receive a bond as he was the only one not charged with serious offenses and questioned the credibility of the evidence tying Hendrickson to the case. The attorney also said that Hendrickson posed no risk of failing to appear, would not intimate any witnesses or obstruct justice and was no danger to the community.

Lenoir's mother, Jannette Jackson, was also able to speak and express how she would not feel safe if Hendrickson received a bond and would be able to be released from jail.

"It's been 543 days since I last saw our daughter or spoke to her. That fact is an increasingly daily challenge," Jackson said.

Atlanta Police said in a Wednesday press conference they are hopeful a recent arrest will help lead them to find the body of Allahnia Lenoir, who has been missing since 2022.

Investigators are confident the arrest of 31-year-old Steven Oboite was the final arrest in the case and no one else is involved in Lenoir’s death and disappearance.

Lenoir’s mother, Janette Jackson, also spoke at the press conference where she pleaded for the suspects to provide answers about where her daughter is.
