Yep. As I understand it, and please anyone correct me if I'm wrong, the Sydney Powell-led crew copied and took the Dominion software. Who knows whose hands it is in now?

So ironically, those who purported to be so concerned about election hacking ended up opening the software up to much more hacking than it was before their theft.

I think it is a much more serious security breach than it has been portrayed in the media.
This should be concerning, regardless of politics or lack thereof. I'm not sure why it isn't being reported on more.

He is also refusing to sign the pledge to support the eventual nominee.
Didn't he do that last time? A lot has happened since then but I remember him skipping debates.
According to Wikipedia, he only missed one debate. Twelve Republican debates were held.
I remember him belittling his opponents.
He likes the attention. This time, he's not doing as well, so he's creating a diversion.

Another day another Truth Social rant!

On Saturday, August 19, former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to discuss his fourth indictment:

"Highly respected Georgia State Senator Colton Moore deserves the thanks & congratulations of everyone for having the courage & conviction to fight the Radical Left Lunatics who are so badly hurting the Great State of Georgia, & the USA itself. Failed D.A. Fani Willis, who has allowed Atlanta (Fulton County) to become a record setting Murder and Violent Crime War Zone, with almost no retribution, shockingly Indicted your favorite President, me, for a PERFECT PHONE CALL. She is bad for America!" the 77-year-old wrote.

"I easily won the Great State of Georgia in 2016, did a fantastic job, as President, for Georgia and the entire USA, received 10 Million more votes than I got, nationwide, in 2016, got by far the most votes in history for a sitting President, but shockingly, 'LOST' Georgia. All this despite winning nearby Alabama and South Carolina in Record Setting Landslides. Why did Georgia officials agree to, and sign, the one sided Consent Decree? Does anybody really believe I lost Georgia? I DON'T!" the ex-commander-in-chief, who has also been charged federally for his efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election, penned.
Sounds like the rantings of someone who’s been lead poisoned.

The whole use of PACs is so murky. It may be perfectly legal to use the funds to pay your attorney, but it sure is sleazy when you claim to be so very wealthy.

Oh, I forgot. Trump claims he's doing it for you.

Mark MEADOWS has filed a motion to dismiss the charges against him in GA, citing “presidential immunity” as well as defenses under the First and Fourteenth Amendment.

He says charges for the conduct he’s accused of would hobble the presidency.

That's quite the reach.
His acts were corrupt. Those aren't official duties.
Nice try, we'll see what happens.

Interesting.

If I were the judge I’d toss it on the grounds that Mark Meadows may have been “nimble” in giving Trump advice, but “effective?”

Is it “effective” to give advice that aids and abets a conspiratorial insurrection?

Thanks for the link! Fascinating read. I had never heard of the Supremacy Clause and that was explained very well.
