I was just at a vet here in Atlanta about two weeks ago - the vet tech was wearing a large ankh necklace. Just got me wondering...maybe the tapestry missing is unrelated to Jenna’s disappearance. For example, if Jenna was easily taken advantage of, maybe someone who was in the house expressed an interest/ desire for the tapestry and she said they could have it.

Everything what is relevant is in my casestory and time line....including thread 2....

Subie, I am curious as to whether any other police jurisdictions have been involved such as Atlanta police or Fulton County police since the car was found in City of Atlanta, Fulton county and not Dekalb. Also many of her travels on Fri evening and, I believe her apartment also fall under Atlanta/Fulton (not Dekalb). Perhaps that is why there is not much out of the LE.

Clarification on Asperger's. Asperger's has not "existed" for a few years, it was removed from the DSM V I believe. It not falls under ASD. She most definitely would not have been diagnosed with Asperger's in the last few years but could very well fit the mold of what we think of as Asperger's. Someone can still have Asperger's technically if they haven't been rediagnosed in the last few years. The definition of ASD is becoming more nebulous. There was also something called PDD or pervasive developmental disorder that was also rolled into ASD a few years ago that was a form of high functioning Autism. With this new broad definition, we can't actually know exactly what she presented with.

As is the case with most of the diagnosis (ADD/ADHD being real popular in the 80's and 90's (remember Ritalin?:D), but now it is hardly mentioned). Besides, it really does not matter what kind of disorder she has, the fact that Subi mentioned that it was a high functioning autism is the only reason that I said anything about it to start with. Also the problem with any of the mental disorder diagnoses is that it is solely up to the individual doctor and his/her interpretation of the symptoms being presented at that moment. There are allot of hypochondriacs and persons who suffer from Munchhausen's who can say the right things to the doctor to get what they want. Again let me stress that I am not suggesting any of this is the case for Jenna, but I merely wanted to point a few things out.

Yes, due to that fact that that the car was found in the City of Atlanta they have involved them now as well

1. Good question, but perhaps it was never brought up? (Or I could be completely off base with this theory)
2. I thought that was the case at first, but it recently came to light that she was Asperger's, and where that does not explain or excuse it totally it does allow us to understand her better.
3. I can not speak for the OP but I would imagine that they have done some checking into, but even as the OP has stated LE has been slow in releasing info to them.
4. I do not know Jenna, so I can not say that her friends were/are taking advantage of her, I can only speak from what I have seen from my friend. To answer the second part of the question, yes, a month ago, they convinced her to get a payday loan (~$200), she went to Walmart and bought a $70 TV and had ~$20 cash left on her person, when asked where did the rest of the money she got go, she shut down and refused to talk except to say that her she did not give her friend any money (which I find very hard to believe because one of her friends drives a taxi for a living)
What I was attempting to point out was that a person, like Jenna, who has a mental disorder can more easily be taken advantage of because of A) they want to fit in and feel 'normal' and B) they don't realize that they are being taken advantage of. The reason I was using the 'friends' was to say that they may or may not be true friends, based on my observation of my friend.

I have been following this case from the beginning. Subie said that Jenna was diagnosed with mild autism in December of 2016. He also said she was seeing a career coach to help her deal with mental illness/mild autism, and that Jenna had friends who were taking advantage of her when she was in her 20’s. Although Autism presents itself differently in every individual, problems with social interaction and communication are always present.

I agree with you that this is important information about her because it tells us that she would be very easy to manipulate.

I also believe there is information that law enforcement and Subie are not releasing because it could hurt the case. I’m going to assume Subie has been coached by LE as far as what can and cannot be shared on here.

I am super impressed with Subie’s patience and courtesy here.

Regarding the last seen- actual last seen is different from last contact. Last verified contact is different from last unverified contact. Contact via electronic or cellular device does not connect with an individual necessarily, it is contact with a computer or device . Why do we not know with certainty who last physically laid eyes on Jenna?

If we show up on site to search for a missing person, that is the first and most important piece of information we need to have because that is where we start to try to determine a route of travel.
I do not understand why we can not get that essential piece of information nailed down in Jenna's case.
I really, really hope LE and the PI's working on her case know this with absolute certainty, and we're just confused due to misspeaks or misreporting.

I am with you. Her last seen on NAMUS, which was entered by LE I believe, is 8/19. So someone saw her on 8/19.

I am confused by the Saturday morning timeline, but I am confused by Friday's as well. Dear kitty needed meds twice on Friday correct? VI in the morning and vet tech at 2PM?

Did dear kitty receive meds twice a day the whole time or just on Friday?

A tightened timeline would be very welcome.

I thought you guys were on to something with the Uber driver idea-thank you to VI for ruling it out, but it was brilliant.

Maybe a question for subie would be where can we help? What can we do for you and your family and Jenna that would add value?

I know I have asked a ton of questions, and I hope you realize it is out of interest and concern.

And I would be questioning every single one of the people she was in contact with- repeatedly, as well as checking out their every move. Mr Western Union should be in jail imo, for preying on a person with a disability and extortion. I have a 25 yr old son with similar issues- and there is 0 possibility to me that she took off-0.

Praying for Jenna, and that something comes to light very soon.

I did suggest obtaining medical records which may help with this as well as other things. Perhaps Subie can comment. Her diagnosis was only two months before she lost her job. When did the thefts from the till actually take place? Had to be before Feb 2017 anyway.
