Just wondering does anyone else think when LH visited RH on Thursday, she told him she was leaving Georgia? I think it was the next day after the last known visit that she left the state. Do you think she is still supporting him?

Yep, pup was fine after Benadryl. :) poor little thing

hoping one of our verifieds will also meander over to the thread devoted for charges and give us some help in distinguishing the differences between malice, intent, wanton, willful and malicious and how those terms do or do not factor into the charges at hand and the burdens of proof involved in these charges.

How does someone get verified?

Yes. They don't allow "visitation" it's all video conferencing.
So.....Can his wife skype him in jail for visits?
http://www.gtl.net/

"Utilizing the At-Home video visitation solution through VisitMe allows visitors to conduct their regular visitation sessions through most PCs, laptops, and tablets (Android or Apple iOS devices) without stepping onto facility property."

I think she is. IMO

Not that being a biological sperm donor makes a father "a father"---but do we know if RH is the biological father for sure?
I believe IVF was used; so do we know who was the donor?

Psychologically, if RH was not the donor....or was told he was but really wasn't due to his "low T" issues.....makes me wonder?

'Cause this was really a very psychopathic thing to do. RH ****had**** to have shown these tendencies in other areas and times throughout his life. He is a very, very sick man.

moo

IVF? That's pretty pricey, eh?

The baby looks just like RH.

When you have time go back and read the transcript from the hearing.
It was obvious the child was dead as soon as he was removed from the car.

Sorry if this suggested I didn't think Cooper was dead. I watched the videos and it was very clear Cooper was dead on the scene. What I was addressing was a question someone answered earlier about whether you needed to call 911 if someone was obviously dead.

I don't know....just a feeling since, IIRC that last visit and her retaining a lawyer and leaving the state was so close together in dates. It's a fairly long drive for her to be making regular visits.

I need very little prompting to think of baklava! :)

The rabbinical student and the pediatrician googled how to kill their kids in a hot car beforehand and stopped by at noon to check their progression into death? What coinkydink!

Okay, I'm doing this just because it helps me to see how often this has been happening. I've included family moms as well as family dads who have left their kids in hot cars.

Might be interesting to keep a running list and see how many were ruled accidents and why.

Of course, these are the links that came up on a 2 minute google search. I know there are hundreds more where these came from and I apologize for just skimping and adding the first few that showed up. My sinuses are bothering me and I lost my flipping nasal spray. :(
