Hi Mustang, no I am not attending the trial.I was present in the court with GMH last week.From what i was told, the courtroom is pretty packed up.No I have never been in Big Bend Forums.

I don't know what to think about the dead dog/dogs....If hilton was such a wonderful lover of animals...Why is it important to tell us about the dead dog/s unless someone was right about them bothering his hidden body. Where did he hide it??? Did he keep it in his van? Was it kept in a plastic storage container???Did he bury it in a shallow hole?

But, he had from Dec. 1st to Dec.14th/15th to deal with his problem.

I am loosing faith in the SA's office. Hoping they will have one of Nancy Grace's Bombshell Moments.

I am not going to be able to watch all of tomorrow's live feed. OMG I will go into withdrawals??

At least the SA's office didn't show the pics of the body insitu...Cheryl's mother and aunt are in the courtroom. Her children are in another courtroom because they are witnesses.

Just trying to see if our paths had crossed...send me a pm if you want too, and we will try and talk on the phone. I have talked with several people who were interested in more details.
 
Things I STILL WANT TO KNOW about CHERYL'S disappearance....I am still hoping that we will find out.....

Exactly WHEN??? What time???

Exactly Where???...Leon Sinks is still too vague.. on the trails??? in the parking lot???

Exactly HOW??? What did he do to gain her confidence???

Will these questions be answered during the Trial??

Can I call Willie Meggs' office and ask them to answer these for ME???

1) What date did the ATM photos first appear in the Democrat?

2) Does anyone recall GMH being seen at a laundry mat? When was that? Has that witness been called to the stand yet?

I am not so sure when ATM pic's first appeared. I will ask at my other forum and see if anyone remembers the date and the laundry mat question!

GMH wore the same shirt again and again from 12/1-12/4 ...... and then again ... after the homicide? on 12/10, out in public at Glenda's Store? Weird.

Did Celeste Hutchins' testimony mention a black dodge?

To the best of my Knowledge...Black Dodge nor Camo Wrapped trucks have not been mentioned.

I think the LE's just needed something to put out to the public because they did not have a clue as to who killed poor Cheryl....Hilton was almost served up to them on a silver platter!!!

Still worried about SA's Cappleman/Willie Meggs case. Hoping to learn more in the next 2 days.

It's been three long months since I checked in at WS. If I hadn't seen today's newspaper, I might have missed most of the trial at the rate things are moving along. The Hilton trial was the headline story at Tallahassee Democrat this Monday morning, yet if only contained a few paragraphs! A few weeks ago we were led to believe this trial was still many months away.

I'm so glad it finally came out about Cheryl being seen reading a book at Leon Sinks (I know many couldn't believe she would go there alone or just sit there reading a book). Now, I want to find out if Hilton tried to voluntarily commit himself to a mental health facility in 2007 (FYI: some people actually try to hide out there, some use it as a motel, and some seek help).

I misread your quote..Thought you were saying that he did try to commit himself!!

Had to change my post when I stopped a read exactaly what you were trying to find out!!This info would really be huge.

The Bryants were murdered in Oct. 2007? Cheryl's murder in Dec. 2007 and Meredith Emerson Jan.1, 2008???

After LE caught onto the trail of GMH, I think they dismissed involvement of the so-called camo truck. Even at the time it was a hot topic, there was likelyhood ATM cameras picked it up in the bank lot but it had been parked there while the driver was at the bar/nightclub/beerbarn adjacent to the bank's lot. BOLO for camo-painted pickup trucks went from headlines to extinction overnight........ Good morning everyone, wish I could watch gavel to gavel today but we have another travel day... at least I am in suuny & warm south Florida.

One more comment, I have enjoyed reading overlooking the Big Sink near where Cheryl went missing. The rest of my group was hiking/exploring, but I was about 8 months preggie & took some time to rest. It's a unique & picturesque area..... We are still confused as to whether she was taken from that spot or followed, then abducted. Having left the book behind, I am leaning towards her having been spooked, left hurriedly & he caught up with her somewhere down the road.... In time I hope we will have answers to tese questions, but most of all, I pray her loved ones find peace after the ordeal of this trial.
 
Sally, I'm glad you reread my post. Yes, it is a big IF. I will say that Florida Department of Children and Families (they run the state hospitals in Florida) did show up at the community mental health facility in mid-January 2008, and they requested all day sheets from the past two years as well as some records from 2007.

Perhaps after the trial, the focus of this forum thread, we could discuss another unusual death that happened in Tallahassee a couple of weeks before Cheryl's disappearance and murder. It's good to see many of you again!

And gotta laugh at Suber's NERVE in asking again for a mistrial!!! She is so out of her league in this case.

On to North Carolina!! Maybe that will be a well-run trial? Anyone think GMH will be tried there for the murders of the Bryants?

Finally got the live feed on IE...I think I blocked my live feed on MonzillaFirefox. I was trying to block those commercials.

Talked to wctv.tv and the guy Mike told me to us your breaks to watch the commercials back to back and you can save up to 1 hour of live feed without them. Hope this explains things to you guys.

She sounds like me...I have had no Voice since last Wednesday!

climber...I had to go on IE to get the video. I think I may have blocked my live stream on Monzilla FireFox.

Talked to Mike at wctv and he said that you could watch the commercials back to back and save up to one hour of live feed commercial free. Yesterday he was able to to make this go to 2 hours...but today is different.

Please keep up the super job of transcriptions...I will not run a narriative today....too much of Real Life in the way...LOL
