I think so too...and I really hope he does understand this probably means
more to her family and friends ( can not speak for them at all) as it is kind
of breakig the silence a bit, and I am so happy to see this.

If it is not Raven, someone close to him, and either way, it is the first step
towards the right steps in the right direction.



I do have to say thank you to all of you who have been so on top of this, as if it were not for this site, I am not sure I would have known about this until more media got involved on the West Coast, which should not be the case.

Helping people is my nature, and seeing all sides of the coin is what I try to do before I post, so I am glad to be here.

I tried the same thing with they hyperlink, it was supposed to be a link
to something that did not work when the site was published, or it was
not supposed to be a hyperlink in the first place.

Either way, I am quite pleased with the fact that something is up. :clap:


I sure do hope we can establish that it was Raven, not someone else,
who put this up, as it would make me feel relieved that he is stepping
forward and showing his family/friends that he is going to help bring JFJ.

His June 22 (sic)( actually june 10th )trial date in Orange County was continued until July 22, but a clerk at the Orange County Superior and District Court said that he may be indicted in the interim.
...i was just re-reading this on the media thread.......
...what does that mean........."may be indicted in the interim"?
...earlier than expected on the embezzlement?
...indicted on ?...........murder charges...? prior to going to court july 22 on the embezzlement ?
...interim.............meaning between now and then...
...and, we know he has plead guilty to the embezzlement....( correct ?)
...can anyone clarify what that means ?

Oh we could only hope he was being indicted on the murder charge!!

My guess would be that he has been arrested for embezzlement...charges are pending...talking plea, etc. If the DA actually indicts means it is going to trial?? I don't know exactly, but that is what I would guess. Anybody with legal experience/knowledge that could clarify this?

I think this is part of that scripture lj. What is weird though is if you click on it, it goes to an email. Maybe it was a mistake and this wasn't done by someone who knows computers. That being the case, we surely know Raven didn't do it.

...i am greatful that you did find WS surf moon..........more media NEEDS to be aware on the west coast............especially with the 'please send $$$'s to raven fund" that has come to light out there...

...you know, every know and then i wonder..................what IF he's innocent? with all that we know, could we be THAT wrong ?
...but then he.....his family.....his friends.....do not speak out.............how can we not thnk him guilty based on what we have ?

I would not say that for sure about Raven, the guy may be computer handy,
but I have seen quite a few mistakes made with links and/or spelling as we have seen.

So, I would not be surprised if that was a basic mistake.

It may have been a hyperlink already in text (email as it shows on properties) and was for email purpose, and when the went to add the text, they started with that particular hyperlink text, not remembering/realizing it was left as a hyperlink.

Just my :twocents: on that thought...and his Mom was mentioned as being in Techonology sales, so she may have "done this" for Raven.

It is lame as a memorial for Janet. It's more of a "Raven, don't feel bad, have peace and know that everything is ok" thought.

to let them know I am thinking of the family and Kaiden during this time.

I found this site when I found out Shasta Groene has been found alive,
and then started researching, and found websleuthers.com.

I woudl like to think that due to the GREAT nature of the way this case has been presented on the forums, that it really made me "proud" to be able to
show Janet's family and Raven (if innocent) that people DO CARE about people they have not met.

This has been soooooo hard for me as a very caring person to learn so much about someone I hardly knew, and Janet is a butterfly who needs justice.

There has not been one thing that has lead me to feel otherwise but to get help bring Justice for Janet.

A laywer who seems to feel that Raven should not talk for what reason???
If he did not hurt her, then he should be able to "speak up", and help out.

Yes, next court date coming up, and let's hope that he does "break his silence", and at least say Thank you to who have helped this case.

I guess we will wait and be patient.

Dang, I was hoping that someone in Raven's family or a friend of Raven's was finally speaking out. Raven's family has certainly not shown that they care about finding justice for Janet....except for their request to send money in her memory! It's odd that Raven's friends have not come forward. Look how many people that have spoken out that knew and loved Janet. Maybe Raven didn't have any good friends? Most shallow people don't.

I am definitely not going to say I don't make typing errors, as my errors
are apparent as well, if you can tell...and I double check almost every time, but my posts have been soooo long (sorry) that some don't get seen.

As for his mom, his mother's background said "Technology Sales" which I guess could be fancy for "computer sales".

When the word technology is involved, I would think it was more computer knowledgeable, software etc, and his uncle is in the business too, so I would think his Mom must want to know how to run a website.

Just a thought.....

Probably the same reason his family hasn't talked out. Why give LE something they don't have? Maybe Raven can't keep his story straight. I mean just on this forum, we've heard rumors of suicide, raven calling someone before 911, friends calling for help, etc. If Raven isn't telling the truth, it would be hard to keep what he told who straight. So, the best thing for a guilty person to do is keep quiet! However, the silence in this case is ringing LOUD AND CLEAR!

...the main thing is, we're all concerned that an appropriate ARREST is made in this case.............someone IS getting away with murder.............!

...you're right..i do recall that an uncle is in the computer business........i think his mom is in real estate..............the "nutmeg" post was so short though, i do think raven could have handled that on his own....
