Per WFTV 10 pm news. This is not on their website yet.

Morgan and Morgan has released their witness list and RC is on the list.

Check www.wftv.com later.

ETA: Along with Skye, GA, CA, KC, JB, Amy and Jesse

More then 150 people on it.

I just read Morgan's witness list and I do NOT see RA. It is on wftv website.
I see Skye Benhaida and I see a F/N/U Benhaida (what ever that means?) But no RA or K Holloway.
Good news is Shirley and Rick P are on the list. oh boy.......

No it's not there yet. But I listened to it twice to make sure I heard it correctly.

Where did you find the list. TIA!

First Name Unknown Benhaida

Gonna take a wild guess here and imagine that Morgan may be referring to RC as this "fnu Benhaida" since Skye is the one who stated the claims based on "my sister"...so maybe Morgan is assuming they have the same last name???

You could be right, but WFTV needs to get there act together.
They just put out an article and they say "River Cruz is on the list".
That name is most certainly NOT on the list. Maybe they saw Kiomarie Cruz and jumped at that?

what reason do they have to call Rick he lives in SC and was not there ?

Did anyone else think it was funny when the reporter was on NG and NG asked her what RC did for a living and the reporter acted like she never even asked River what she did for a living?

Boy Mr. Morgan is not leaving any stones unturned, lol:woohoo:

I honestly think that that is just a comprehensive list of every possible witness who could testify and in reality they will only call a core few. Less than a dozen, if that.

I also believe that F/N/U Benhaida infers RC.

When I use Google voice ( which is a number I made up) the number shows up on the phone of the person I call or send a text too. No one would know it's me unless I told them. So yes there is away to send a text from a "fake" number However she may not even know about Google voice.
thank you! not saying anybody faked anything but i was just curious as to how easy it would be.

So we know that last week, KC was declared indigent so state will be funding defense in CRIMINAL TRIAL. Baez testified that KC has NO MONEY.

So what will be the source of income to pay expenses to defend herself in this CIVIL trial from this point on?

Cause that sure is a lot of witnesses to possibly depose....just asking....

That's a very interesting question. I think it would get more attention and more responses on the indigent thread maybe? I would like to know if the State pays for indigent Civil cases.

In my opinion, KC will not defend herself in this matter. Her lawyer did not bother to show up at the depositions that the plaintiff already held, even though that was his right. They definetly won't be holding their own. I think KC and team will spend as little as possible and don't care a bit about the outcome of this suit. She has no money and no future earnings since her most likely future is life in prison, so any possible judgement against her is moot.

I finally saw the grainy pic in NE, and don't think the white haired guy is George. I don't like him, but RC really does not look anyone that he would be interested in. She's really not attractive. Still thinking it's a scam.

I don't think they will pay for an attorney for the one who BRINGS the case of course, but do think it is possible they may provide for the one being sued...not sure.:waitasec:

I think she is VERY pretty and her figure is darn near perfect...I can see George being interested in her, especially if she gave him what he needed and was missing from Cindy...like a little softness to begin with. Cindy is so hard, and this gal has soft written all over her.

That is an excellent question! Since you bring this up...curious who has been paying for this so far? Has some of the $200,000+ been going to pay for defending this lawsuit and that is what JB described as operating costs?

I thought her face was wrinkled, frizzy hair not done well, and that she looked plain yet harsh. I was in a hurry, so didn't see a full body shot to get an idea of her figure while in the check out grocery line. No offense to the lady, but just think she's lying.

I should probably reserve judgement until the discovery evidence for this comes, out; however, let's presume that everything that we have heard is true- does George proclaiming "it was an accident that snowballed out of control" because his girlfriend tells him she doesn't think she can be with the father of a child killer really translate into him having any personal knowledge of the crime committed? I am disappointed it's not more damning, believe me, but I can't see any evidence come out of this. We know that George has been the more suspicious of his daughter among the family members. And from what I can tell, it seems to me he tried to be straight when interviewed by LE. It's not too much of a stretch to me that he can come to the conclusion that KC might have had an accident with Caylee, because many of us thought that as well. I'm not saying that he might now have known something more terrible than the rest of us at this point in time, but I don't see enough evidence to outright prove that's the case. Sorry to be skeptical :(.

Totally agree with you. I am thinking as a parent now, and wonder how hard it would be for me to accept that my daughter is a murderer. I probably would hold on to the hope that if my daughter did kill my grandchild that it was an accident. I believe George knows KC was involved in Caylee's death, but he can't believe it was intentional. When the trial is over George will hopefully have all the answers he needs to know what really happened to Caylee. JMO

My personal opinion is KC murdered Caylee. No mother would delay calling the police if her child was taken even if it meant her own life was in danger. The 31 days of KC out shopping, partying says it all to me. What that girl did to her baby is unforgiveable to me, but I am not her parent. If she was my daughter could I forgive her for killing my grandchild I really don't know. JMO

I can help you out. According to Mr. Miller, George's friend relayed that George knew Caylee was dead, and the girl who had all the answers about it was Casey. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=raHlPVJEabU four minute mark

Tracy McLaughlin: The first morning I was there, I woke up to George -- I couldn't really hear Casey, but I woke up to, Quit your (deleted) lying. I mean, screaming. They could have heard it across the street. Don't (deleted) lie to me. I'm not putting up with your (deleted). Don't do that. You know, he's screaming at her. She's going, No, no, you have to believe me. Don't treat me like a cop. This is before Leonard talked to her. You act like my father. Act like you're my father instead of a cop. I'm not listening to your (deleted). Quit (deleted) lying.

I know it would be hard to turn your back on your child as parents we sometimes can't see things in our own children that others can
a lot of people hate the Anthony's but they don't understand the family dynamics there I think it is much like battered wive's syndrome they were so conditioned by KC they backed down from her rather than challenge her and risk another explosion I have first hand knowledge of what repeated abuse can do to your mind and what complete strangers saw was not my reality because I was conditioned to see him in a different light and blame myself for his abuse of me and after each episode I would re examine my behavior to see what I did to cause him to act that way It took years of therapy and I am still struggling I still catch myself wondering what I could have done to make the marriage last and he was not my flesh and blood. They are KC's victims but she has them believing SHE is the victim. It is twisted and complicated , too hard too explain but I feel for them
