Exactly! I put this up to show how we heard about it. But it certainly doesn't tell us who originally said it.

And there's something else that keeps nagging me. At the breaking of all this "news" the only photos we could find linked to their "new" names had been uploaded to the internet only days earlier. This makes me think these folks had a plan. Don't know why, don't know for how long before, but it was certainly planned. I think the photo bit indicates that they were preparing for the public release of the information. For me, that does not score in their favor.

I found it interesting in the NE article that detectives seemed to be making inquiries about what George did with the money raised for Caylee.

Yes, it goes more clearly towards whether the A's knew Caylee was alive or dead, more so than hearsay. We already know that KC did nothing to help and used her $200K+ towards her Defense, so if the A's were not using the money for the search and DC was secretly searching for a dead Caylee while the A's were hyping the sighting ... it goes against the A's but also hurts KC IMO.

I think LE are seeking to eliminate the SODDI defense and determine there was knowledge that Caylee was dead from KC so it makes the trial more cut-and-dried, a done deal.

See...that is one of the many problems had with RC/CH story. Through the video and transcripts I have seen of LE in action, I have a VERY HARD time believing that LE would share this info (if it were true) with this woman!

I don't recall seeing or hearing the reports you are referring to by KB (but that certainly doesn't mean they didn't happen...I am not that up to date!) but also causes me to speculate that just like you, RC/KH may have seen and recalled these reports and is now interjecting that into her "story".

It has been my position all along that she has integrated details that were already out in the public into her "story" to try to give it credence. :banghead:

When I saw or read (video report of newspaper article) that there were more than one woman that George received money from, I was waiting to hear about the other women.

According to RC/CH the investigators came to her. We know that she was interviewed for more than 10 hours and that JA escorted her out the back door when the media were badgering her at the front desk when she was retrieving her cell phone.

If she was telling the truth, and LE came to her, then there's some sort of investigation going on. I keep thinking of DC and wonder if he gave LE some sort of information that led to RC/CH?

If she wasn't telling the truth, and it was RC that went to LE with this story, then I can't give it much credibility unless there's some sort of other confirmation. I guess it's one of those things that time will tell.

I agree with you that what RC/CH alleges that George told her is something that has been out there, and it's not something new and unique.

I don't have any problem believing LE shared that info with her. First off they showed her a text of George's to let her know the jig was up and then they told her George was taking money from other women just to upset her in case she was still in love with the guy and make it more likely she would talk.

That makes a lot of sense. A woman who learns she's just one of many and not the one and only, is going to be a bit upset.

The other huge suspicion I have is based on the fact that the alleged mistress's sister is (so far) the proponent of witnessing the alleged affair. She claims she saw them "intimately" together; she sequestered herself in her room when George came over; she is putting herself forward in claiming personal knowledge of their intimacy. But how does all this compare to her documented dates of her incarceration? Do they totally discount eliminate her assertions or is there enough wiggle room that she could have really witnessed these things? Anyone have the dates to compare at their fingertips?
