That is what makes me so mad about him. All he does is parrot what they want him to say. He is not acting like a lawyer looking out for their best interests, just a mouthpiece for them to talk through. Well, that explains why Nejame left so quickly!

Seriously though, this ship is sinking fast and BC has to know this. I think for the first time he's feeling very much in over his head. He needs to start to acting like a real lawyer and actually do research and protect them. The ventriloquist act is not going to cut it anymore.


Besides, this would be the WORST time to try and make money off of the case. I mean, if the Enquirer did turn her down, that is a very bad sign about how much the tide has turned in this case. The blood money train has come to a halt, IMO.

all above. the strange thing is the name game coincidences. first we have cruz- this name was given as alias for cindys family in mommys little girl book by diane fleming. then allen which is name of detective in case- then holloway which we all have followed natalie holloway case. then we have multiple names for skye - some say cecilia . not sure if ty and kalani are one and same . one is rivers son she wrote in print -ty. there is a post from orl sentinal that lists info on court records. i will not post it cause its not official clerk court stamp i see. we need a family tree! then last name benhaida rymes with zannys first name- . too strange. then arrest of kalani using false name identityaffecting another. did he post pics or blog as someone else ? omg- too confusing

ITA Just because there may be something hinky with RC doesn't make George credible. It's just that it seems everyone who got involved with the A's are alittle hinky in one way or another-the list just continues to grow from the Milsteads,JW,Kalani,DC,etc. Nothing makes C&G credible-it just shows they surrounded themselves with equally questionable people who have provided layer upon layer of questions to ferret thru. I don't know why but I just have this gut feeling that these women are lying. I just don't get the alias, the drama, their facial expressions..it all seems like two really really disturbed women.

I know that the A's are the not the sharpest, but it would have been a real mistake to take money, sleep around and make confessions for GA during the time these women said it happened. That scene outside of the house with that kid was so fake and overly dramatic and just purely disgusting and disturbing, just people trying to be in the story - I just think this woman finally found a way to get LE at her door and get herself back in the story -

I could be wrong though and if GA is denying the affair and it turns out there is proof in intimate photos of the nakid nature then if he lied about the affair he lied about telling her it was an accident, so GA needs to play his cards right here.

If he admits the affair then he can be made to admit he said it was an accident.

I take myself back to what was happening at Thanksgiving, December, then follow up with the memorial, the suicide attempt, the depos, the hearings, the evidence we've been pouring through and I have to tell you - I never once thought to myself - hey I wonder what George is up to these days and is he having an affair?

I mean - who would think that or ask that question with all that has gone on in this insane case? If I saw George walking down the street, or stopping and going into someone's house, a lot of things would come to mind - but an affair - nope. It's not as they were out sitting in bars or clubbing - I think it would be pretty easy to keep something like that quiet.

I agree it might not strike us to think "gee, I wonder if he's having an affair" but we also aren't LE who were probably watching him carefully, or reporters who might have been privy to better leads.

I'm not saying it did or didn't happen. It's definitely a possibility- I'm just saying I'm not personally buying it until I see better evidence.

Saving the text messages seems strange to me (however, I acknowledge it might not be strange to someone else. Maybe she didn't get a lot of texts and it just happened to be in her phone) but the pictures seem really odd. I mean, if I were having an affair with a man who had just lost his granddaughter I was helping search for, I don't know that I'd be snapping pictures and keeping them on my phone.

But then, I also don't know the full circumstances. I guess I just want more info before I fully buy into the affair allegation.

Putting names through a Google search does not equal a background check. A real background check takes time. I mean seriously, Conway, do you think we're all that stupid?

Let's remember the stuff we've heard today is directly from the A's horse's mouth. BC is going to say whatever he wants to make this mistress look bad. He hasn't told a bit a truth in this whole case. And the way he's talking is like he's back in middle school and is mad somebody said something bad about his friend. I'm expecting fliers with pics of the mistress with a moustache and other things drawn on it all over town next. Sheesh.

I hope to God there's actual proof here to shut the A camp up.

AND please, no more people with the same initials. I'm still thinking Roy Kronk when I read RC. For about 10 seconds I had this very horrible image in my mind of Roy having nude pics of George. :blushing:

I think we didn't speculate about George because at that time a lot of us (including me) were sympathetic to him. We were focused on Cindy's dominating behaviour and sucked in by his pathos. We cut him a lot of slack.

We even attributed his feckless driving around with that billboard to his being a lost soul. Posters would ask "where does George go during the day","how effective can that billboard be"? I guess George was not as feckless as we imagined and the billboard was very effective.

I'm not at all bothered by the reputations of these woman at all while believing the information about the affair. I also understand saving information because it is meaningful to her. While my "moments" aren't tweets or texts, I do have a few notes and letters stashed away as keepsakes of endearments from the past and in my closet of secrets are the letters and keepsakes from my daughter's first relationship to a young man she loved deeply for seven years. I have them because she can't bear to throw them away even though she is happily married. And I have an email from a friend in my inbox from three years ago - he dropped dead shortly after he wrote it. I've never been able to delete it.

I'm hoping there are pictures, and only because that will make the affair real and lend credibility to what this woman can tell us George shared with her. This case needs some lightning strikes - maybe this will be one of them.

What is everyone's take on LE's position with "this affair"?

We've heard that LE interviewed her, she took a lie detector test, and we even have her on tape picking up her camera and phone from LE - so they KNOW of this woman.

I don't expect LE to come right out and either: 1) verify her story or 2) outright deny her story - at least not yet.

Could this be a "bait and switch" - "deflect" ruse so that LE can focus on more important "evidence" at hand? And without the prying eyes of the media following them around?

Silence is golden - but in this case its platinum!!!!

I find it interesting after watching the video last night that they pronounced Benhaida as a rhyme to Zenaida - spelling is similar and the similar physical description between River and Zenaida. Just odd. Too many coincidences to ignore. Something is up with this woman.

From what I can gather, Ty and Kalani are two entirely separate people. Ty would be River's son and Kalani is another that inserted himself into the A Camp. Now interestingly enough, I can see per twitter and myspace that Ty is her son. There is a profile of a gal named Miiamii who claims Ty as her BF or maybe married = it's difficult to tell. River's profile indicates she is Latino/Hispanic. Photos of her son, seem to me that he is at least part Black/part Hispanic. Miiamii is Black. This caught my attention as KC claimed Zanaida to be part Black, part Puertrican (sp)

OR this affair started earlier than she is admitting and this is Casey's own little joke about combining Zanax and Benhaida as a way of putting the screws to dear old dad.

If LE approached her first I am wondering if the information about her might have come from DC giving up information. I still beleive that the evidence the SA withheld had something to do with DC. We have not seen any kind of supoena wanting DCs deposition so therefore thats what makes me think his deposition has already been taken. Just a guess but what if CA found out about GAs affair and told DC whom she was having an affair with and then CA and GA decided to break off both the affairs thus leaving DC angry.

IMO, I do beleive the woman's story and I think BC is donig his best on behalf of JB to try and refute the story. There is one thing that will tell us for sure if its true and that is if she has pictures and texts that proves intimacy between them. Cant hardly refute if someone gets pics of you with your pants down.

Oh, I just thought of that song pants on the ground, maybe we should make that GAs new song.
