Why "leak" this now? Supposedly the sister contacted KB with this story and KB ran with it. Why? Surely the sisters talked about it and probably even KB had a heart to heart with them about how they would be "raked over the coals" once this news hit the air. Yet, they did it anyway.

LE was certainly NOT going to leak it. And the A camp - well, do you really think they would admit to a GA affair?

Pre-emptive strike for the sisters to "get their side of the story out first'? Why? WHO was going to release it if they didn't?

The affair is NOT the story - its the "back story" to all this that is the pertinent subject here.

I'm not at all bothered by the reputations of these woman at all while believing the information about the affair. I also understand saving information because it is meaningful to her. While my "moments" aren't tweets or texts, I do have a few notes and letters stashed away as keepsakes of endearments from the past and in my closet of secrets are the letters and keepsakes from my daughter's first relationship to a young man she loved deeply for seven years. I have them because she can't bear to throw them away even though she is happily married. And I have an email from a friend in my inbox from three years ago - he dropped dead shortly after he wrote it. I've never been able to delete it.

I'm hoping there are pictures, and only because that will make the affair real and lend credibility to what this woman can tell us George shared with her. This case needs some lightning strikes - maybe this will be one of them.

I agree, and can understand this. I am a goofy sentimental hopeless romantic, afterall I guess it is/was hard for me to see because I am not directly in her situation.

I am also hoping the pictures are real for the very same reason. Don't get me wrong, I'm never wishing an affair on anyone- I just want to see justice for Caylee, and if there WAS an instance of an affair that will lend some answers to this mess, so this child can get justice- well I'm certainly all for it.

I'm just still up in the air about it.

Putting names through a Google search does not equal a background check. A real background check takes time. I mean seriously, Conway, do you think we're all that stupid?

Let's remember the stuff we've heard today is directly from the A's horse's mouth. BC is going to say whatever he wants to make this mistress look bad. He hasn't told a bit a truth in this whole case. And the way he's talking is like he's back in middle school and is mad somebody said something bad about his friend. I'm expecting fliers with pics of the mistress with a moustache and other things drawn on it all over town next. Sheesh.

I hope to God there's actual proof here to shut the A camp up.

If LE approached her first I am wondering if the information about her might have come from DC giving up information. I still beleive that the evidence the SA withheld had something to do with DC. We have not seen any kind of supoena wanting DCs deposition so therefore thats what makes me think his deposition has already been taken. Just a guess but what if CA found out about GAs affair and told DC whom she was having an affair with and then CA and GA decided to break off both the affairs thus leaving DC angry.

IMO, I do beleive the woman's story and I think BC is donig his best on behalf of JB to try and refute the story. There is one thing that will tell us for sure if its true and that is if she has pictures and texts that proves intimacy between them. Cant hardly refute if someone gets pics of you with your pants down.

Oh, I just thought of that song pants on the ground, maybe we should make that GAs new song.

Seriously, though, ITA with the other stuff you said. The fact that LE went to her and not the other way around is what makes me believe her. I am certain this goes back to DC. Man, I hate waiting!

Also, unless George stole more than money from this woman, i.e. her social security number, no one is going to be able to do a proper background search. LE is the only one who probably did a solid background check on her. We need to wait for the other shoe to drop before jumping to any conclusions about GA's mistress.

Not that it couldn't be the truth - just that it has not been verified if it IS the truth. If she went to LE - do you really think she would say that? What would she say? Why does everyone think the online age difference in the twins is so suspicious? I think a large number of people do not put their true age on websites. Nothing fishy about it IMO.

ITA Just because there may be something hinky with RC doesn't make George credible. It's just that it seems everyone who got involved with the A's are alittle hinky in one way or another-the list just continues to grow from the Milsteads,JW,Kalani,DC,etc. Nothing makes C&G credible-it just shows they surrounded themselves with equally questionable people who have provided layer upon layer of questions to ferret thru. I agree, and even if these women have a rap sheet a mile long it doesn't change what GA was allegedly doing with one of them.
The important factor is still what GA confided to her.

OR this affair started earlier than she is admitting and this is Casey's own little joke about combining Zanax and Benhaida as a way of putting the screws to dear old dad.

Or...one of these women IS Zenaida...didn't the script and/or the description of the blanchard park incident say that zenaida's sister was there? I see the defense having a field day with these women...KC just has to say "THAT'S HER!"

regarding the multiple names, as some of you know I got married again 16 months ago (gosh, doesn't time fly!!!), I changed to my new married name at school(a lot of the children still refer to me by my first married name) but my passport and driving licence are in my former married name still , I'm waiting for them to need to be renewed as it is the same cost to change name as to renew, my school and college certificates are in my maiden name. I can see why women have more than two names that they could be known by.Plus a lot of my internet friends that I've met refer to me as CR or Cuddly.

To me the timing of the alleged affair itself is THE hinky meter alert for me.
Either this started BEFORE Caylee went missing and they actually (George and Casey) made up the Zanny description based on THIS woman...

OR

Just days after Caylees disappearance is made public, George starts an affair that lasts for a year??? Secret until now-PUBLICLY...

Cindy could have known long ago.

Either way-
George does not look good in this.

because she would "look bad" if she said she went to LE after all these months. It could be an "agreement" between her and LE that the "public story" was that LE sought her out - to keep her somewhat "safe".

Again, I'm not saying it isn't true - but just like the rest of all this - we don't have any definitive proof that LE knocked on her door.

What if JB's camp knocked on her door and was intimating all around her "look alike" with the description of ZG? RC would be spooked over that and run (not walk) to LE with her story.

Again, its the "back story" that will tell all.

Understandable, but maybe some people were speculating. I mean, there was speculation about Cindy and Dominic Casey, so why not George?

I agree it might not strike us to think "gee, I wonder if he's having an affair" but we also aren't LE who were probably watching him carefully, or reporters who might have been privy to better leads.

I'm not saying it did or didn't happen. It's definitely a possibility- I'm just saying I'm not personally buying it until I see better evidence.

Saving the text messages seems strange to me (however, I acknowledge it might not be strange to someone else. Maybe she didn't get a lot of texts and it just happened to be in her phone) but the pictures seem really odd. I mean, if I were having an affair with a man who had just lost his granddaughter I was helping search for, I don't know that I'd be snapping pictures and keeping them on my phone.

But then, I also don't know the full circumstances. I guess I just want more info before I fully buy into the affair allegation.

Remember this-when one is engaged in a cheating adulterous affair with someone, they are already compromised. They have compromised their ethics and morals, or someone elses...and they are putting themselves at risk. A person in this situation will often save momentos as insurance in the event the other person decides to turn-coat on them, so they have something to bargain with. They know THEY are being unethical even engaging in cheating with someone, and the person cheating with them lacks these same ethics, SO it is only smart of them, in their own paranoid cheating way, to save what they feel could be evidence in the event THEY ever need to prove or disprove some aspect of the relationship. And remember, we cannot judge others by the "that's not what I would do" rule, because people are all so different, and oft times what one would do is not what another would do. You may be of a different moral category than she or George...and THEY may even be in a different moral class than one another.

There is no honor amoung thieves and their is no honor amoung cheats either.:innocent:

I think we didn't speculate about George because at that time a lot of us (including me) were sympathetic to him. We were focused on Cindy's dominating behaviour and sucked in by his pathos. We cut him a lot of slack.

We even attributed his feckless driving around with that billboard to his being a lost soul. Posters would ask "where does George go during the day","how effective can that billboard be"? I guess George was not as feckless as we imagined and the billboard was very effective.

...and some of us did NOT...(cut him slack that is) lol

From the start I have believed, based on what I have seen myself and heard from him, that he is a very weak and manipulative person, who was so selfish that it was ALL about George. I have always "thunk" it. What kind of MAN would just say Ok dear, when they were concerned about their child and their WIFE told them just to back off and she would handle it? That is NO man-NO father-and NObody who truly gives a darn...

George is a weak link...but a sneaky one who is always looking out for GEORGE...:furious:

ITA. I find the behaviour of these sisters somewhat actressy. That Kalani video, which I'd not seen before, seems to point to a penchant for drama.

It could be that the woman did not believe she would be found out and is now embarassed? which would tend to make one sort of stiff and fake trying to deal with the discomfort of that embarassment? I mean, come on, how great of a person do we really think she is if she would engage in an affair with George at a time like that? She is NOT going to be the Mother Teresa for Lord's sake...if she was she would not be having an affair in the first place.
