In the interest of thread preservation.......let's discuss this topic without assuming either side is guilty of lying. We can discuss the matter at hand....but until either side is proven "wrong" let's remain neutral and open to each possibility. At this point....none of us except for the 4 parties directly involved know the real story.

His lawyer saying that means nothing in a court of law nor should it mean anything in the court of public opinion.

I believe he has not denied it publicly because it is true.

I believe George finally realized to let his lawyer speak for him.Like every body was saying.

No, it is an alternate meaning, and for me, in keeping with her domineering character, that's all.

Now, now........let's not jump the gun here.
We have to remember that LE went to them (Skye&River).
We have video of River with detective John Allen at the OCSO, we have video of her at the window claiming her belongings that were confiscated (her phone and camera).
I am still hopeful that there is material we have not seen. It's very possible that LE would only give her permission to release that one picture and text for now. I choose to wait and see how this all plays out.

According to others who are following her numerous melodramatic 'tweets' she is doing herself a disfavor by continuing to agitate this story. If she is being restrained from speaking freely all she has to do is sign off, or say so.

I honestly do not see why you think threads in danger no one is fighting.We just see it differently.FWIW my next step is seeing how this may connect to KC and her defense.We all have been waiting for Kc to toss both parents under a bus.I believe this is her first attempt.JMO

Because in a court of law where this could end up, that girl will be held to her words she has spoken.

George has not spoken and he can not be held accountable for what his lawyer says.

The lawyer can say anything in defending his client when he is not in court.

Seeing things differently is perfectly acceptable and one of the things that makes forums stimulating.

I think because we are really unsure what has been told to the police (and we know there was a conversation initiated by LE because of what they found on GA's phones) we should be careful about throwing anyone under the bus. This will all come out, we just have to wait. JMO

we don't know it was because of what was found on George's phone if anything was found on George's phone Brad Conway says the first he heard about the whole thing was from the NE If investigators found something on George's phone Brad would have heard about it from them and they never re interviewed George I think they would have if they thought she was telling the truth. We know it was not what was in the secret evidence so I think they phoned a tip in to detective but that is JMO

NO a photo of both if KC and her defense cooked this up and are behind it, then KC could have taken a picture of a naked George that CINDY might have taken of George lot of married folks have pics like that.KC was bringing tons of photos to JB office,she very well might have stolen one of her parents picture.For me to believe it she has to be in it.A naked guy on a bed could be anywhere.

So you think this story of the affair might be cooked up by Baez and KC to discredit George?

I have wondered that too but I just can't see Baez doing anything like that because he would know the cops would be involved and at anytime the girl could end up telling on him.

Again, we do not know what was told to LE and we do not know where LE received their information from other than a statement from RC that the police came knocking at her door 3 weeks ago and they had gotten the information off of GA's phone. LE is not going to tell us anything because they don't have to. If anything is useful it will be pass on to the SA's office and eventually it will be released to the defense. So we wait. I don't think LE was there because GA had 'Meet me at KFN tent tonight so we can hang posters." We just have to wait because right now it is "he said, she said" except he isn't saying except through his attorney. JMO

you are so right Dr.!!!! LE will call GA back in when LE is good and ready. Remember they only ask questions that they already know the answers to.

Plus, we don't know that GA hasn't been questioned by LE about this. BC is certainly not going to admit to any LE involvment surrounding this and GA.

I just cant see Baez risking Jail for that. An affair would mean nothing to JS or the JAC. They were going to ask the questions that they normally do.

I don't think the reporter would risk going to jail doing the story so that ABC did not look bad if the money story came out.

Even though WFTV is an ABC affiliate, it is Not owned by ABC.
WFTV is owned by COX.

yeah, i am aware of that. still, WFTV's loyalty lies with ABC and I feel sure there was a LOT of pressure to direct attention away from the blood money paid by ABC. WFTV was in a no-win situation when it came to reporting on that story.
