Slander is much misunderstood. You have to prove, as the accuser, that you were deprived of income due to the nefarious statements. In this case, there is no slander...

I think that there are a number of parties in this circus / case that have "slandered" others, lied under oath, and otherwise not told the truth. IMO CA has more important things to worry about, with her daughter on trial, than filing a suit against two more people who have "misspoken" or told the truth in this case (whichever applies).

Until I see proof that the story is NOT true........or until I see proof that it is true....I will reserve my judgement and withhold demand for legal action by others.

I wish I could record a message that would tell parties in this case that their call / complaint will be answered in the order in which it was received. I think that message......would likely be running for years to come.

Sorry. There are aspects to this story that I find more than strange. But I'm not writing off the fact that beneath all of the layers of inconsistencies that it's likely there was an affair.

I give up no matter how many times I show proof that this is a bogus bunch of bs they still say well he has not denied or the A's are liars so it's ok but it is not ok what those 2 did was despicable and cruel I will bet we find out someone called a tip in to the detective that this woman was GA's mistress and I will bet that it was probably one of the 2 of them so of course they came knocking on her door

I will add as big as this story is someone would have come forward to corroborate had seen him parked near her house seen them together but nothing or nobody has surfaced yet to prove anything

Absolutely. My guess is this is an investigation and when the police are through they will release their findings. In this day and age we want answers immediately and with a police investigation, it's just not instant oatmeal. It'll be done when it's done. JMO

i was at the hearing and there was no problem between cindy and george. they were holding hands and i spoke to both. they are not faking- jmo. when reporters take a pic they can get one quick glance from someone, one turn of the head. then some say -oh look! she or he faced away from each other. if i was sitting next to my hubby it does not mean we are gazing in each others eyes, why should they have to when the hearing was so many people to look at and cameras all over place. cindy and george left hearing and i saw then all the way to parking garage as i was behind them. they will not let anyone destroy their family i feel. its been done enough already. jmo

if they were hugging and kissing some would say its fake, if they were crying some would say its for sympathy, if they were whispering some would say they have secrets, i would not want to know every thing i did would be torn apart. just posting my thoughts here was almost torn apart- some asked why did you post if you will not say blah blah blah- i know why they are feeling anything they would write, say or do would be picked apart.
as i was leaving court house on way to parking some people asked me - whats going on - who are those people? cameras following them. goes to show not everyone recognizes them . some jurors may never even have heard of them and this was right in orlando ! if they would have said to a hundred people watching them go to car - do you know who they are i bet they could get at least some who would say no and not be lies. enough people had no clue it was them i bet-. maybe those will be juror types.

With all due respect, I think that that is Cindy's way to control- their image and the person she's rubbing. I do not see this remotely as a loving gesture. Maybe it is a comfort to her, a way to soothe herself but I don't think it comforts anyone else.. In fact, there's something compulsive about it. IMO.

In fact, the control part reminds me of Andrea Lyon holding the perp's wrist at a hearing. The perp didn't want people saying what they were saying in court, and she was telling AL to "make it stop". AL wasn't holding her wrist out of concern; it was a way to control the perp's behaviour, a way to rein in her impulsiveness.

Now that I think of it, the rubbing is, indeed, Cindy's way to self-soothe. Instead of a teddy bear, she uses George and others. And controls them.

As far as I have read KC sold Caylee's PICS ,The Grandparents had a right to go on interviews thats what the experts say to do.They are the only ones who have a right.That had to live and frankly I do not know how they have survived this.The Law needs to be changed because NO VICTIM SHOULD PAY FOR THE ONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR DEATH DEFENSE TEAM.

Because in a court of law where this could end up, that girl will be held to her words she has spoken.

George has not spoken and he can not be held accountable for what his lawyer says.

The lawyer can say anything in defending his client when he is not in court.

We have video of River with detective John Allen at the OCSO, we have video of her at the window claiming her belongings that were confiscated (her phone and camera).
I am still hopeful that there is material we have not seen. It's very possible that LE would only give her permission to release that one picture and text for now. I choose to wait and see how this all plays out.

NO a photo of both if KC and her defense cooked this up and are behind it, then KC could have taken a picture of a naked George that CINDY might have taken of George lot of married folks have pics like that.KC was bringing tons of photos to JB office,she very well might have stolen one of her parents picture.For me to believe it she has to be in it.A naked guy on a bed could be anywhere.
