This is apparently the second attack in Germany TODAY - just great now we have moved up to multiples per 24 hours -- 21 year syrian arrived last year, known topolice for violent, stabbed to death polish woman , maybe pregnant, train station, 80cm blade. injured two more, run over by car so there. This is mental illiness, So the truth is 4 attacks this week in Germany -is that correct?

Someone who remmebers, I was young, but I remember hearing a l lot about PLO, palestine etc -- was the frequency back then like this??

Reuters

Forgive me misunderstand fatality count -- have deleted post - none of us want to feel as if we are on CNN now do we???

When I lived in Germany in the 80s the Red Army Faction were active (bombings, terrorism), but not with this frequency.

Bavarian Minister of the Interior is present at the press conference ..... he speaks of a heavy week. Sounds so tired.

Tells what we already know. man was turned away, walked to the Weinstube

Man of 27 years Syrian. Since 2 years in Germany.
Asylum request was denied but was allowed to stay (?).
He was living in Ansbach at the time.
Known by police. 2 suicide attempts.

A police spokeswoman later said the suspected attacker had been carrying a backpack, but his identity was not yet known.
Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann was on his way to the scene.
The city's central square is packed with emergency vehicles and a town house is being used as an operations centre, the news website Nordbayern.de said (in German).

PresseKonferenz:

Minister of Interior: unclear if he only wanted to commit suicide or if he wanted to take people with him.
Only thanks to lucky circumstances that there are no deadly victims or more victims.

Investigation will focus on motivation of the perpetrator.

Police: investigation will go on tonight, surroundings of perpetrator must be investigated. And also location.

Prosecutor (?): basically this is a murder attack on 12 persons. Motivation of perpetrator is important, Too early for conclusions now.

and the livestream STOPS! PresseKonferenz not over yet .... :(

Someone on the press conference mentions the ganze woche…. so the whole week. Perhaps talking about all the horrific things this week??

May refer to the fact that this is the third attack in Bavaria.
It is third attack in the state of Bavaria in a week.
A shooting rampage in Munich on Friday left nine dead while an axe attack on a train a week ago in Wuerzburg injured several people.

As well, there was the tragedy of the pregnant polish woman murdered by the Syrian refugee.

This is a disaster, and so easily tied to the influx of "refugees" being allowed into Germany without proper scrutinization, IMO.

New Livestream. Terrible sound.

Questions.
Police: cannot exclude that he was a radicalized Sunni (?)
