I think it could possibly be near Penn Station. I think that’s where Maureen’s last call came from. LE is unable to connect RH to her yet so perhaps she might be the key. He worked in Manhattan, commuting through New York-Penn Station. I think he could have somehow incapacitated them rather quickly upon meetup considering difference in stature and body style. Did he actually greet them or was he watching and waiting for them? Stalking them like game. He had his prey selected, his weapon of choice (maybe his hands, maybe mace or taser) to incapacitate them, a lair pre-prepared, already stocked with preferred materials (burlap), a vehicle to transport (did he have his car already waiting at Penn Station or Grand Central) to capture his date, do the deed, discard her body and return home to his naive unsuspecting wife.
prolly picked them up in his vehicle by pre arrangement, offered to pay them extra to go home with him, home is the torture chamber which probably looks pretty normal on the outside.

While chat GPT is great fun, I suspect LE has software that may do the same thing for them. If so, his known locations and relevant information is being or has been entered then "jostled" around for various outcomes. I was going to suggest a spreadsheet, but I'm not knowledgeable enough to know if a spreadsheet or some other arrangement would be better. I doubt that WSers have enough info to enter to make chat GPT extremely helpful I wonder . . . it'd be interesting to play around with. If you have the time. Great idea. There are other A.I. sites to explore as well.
Investigation by AI sounds like a successful lawsuit against LE waiting to happen, to me.
If there has not been a complete and thorough interview by LE, I believe there is a good strategic reason. Perhaps we can muse, ponder and wonder why without accusing AE or LE of anything untoward. LE knows lots and lots that we don't. There is much accumulated "possible evidence" pulled from the home and belongings that LE is sifting through before they have a better grasp of the total picture. Building a case is cumulative. LE is doing it's work - very quietly. We don't have enough to have complete understanding of some of the whys. I trust they will get there and who knows where this entire investigation MIGHT go.
