Can you link this? I cannot seem to find it.
Sorry to post this so late, just returning.
I don't think I am allowed to directly link this but if you go to the first Alexis Murphy victim (thread), page 9 there is a lot of discussion with abbreviated info. Esp. Nolita's comments, and her follow up But I found it just by googling,(is that a word?)
"ask" forum Alexis Murphy RealFolarin. Hope this helps.

I hope the prosecution has much more than we are seeing up their sleeves because quite frankly, as it stands right now, I'm not sure they could get a conviction on the murder charge. That's just my humble opinion.

We haven't heard the state's case...only what the media is reporting. That is a huge difference because I have followed cases via twitter while watching them online.... very different. imo

The cellphone data presented places Murphy and Taylor's phones in the similar locations the night of August 3 around 7 pm

NBC29 ‏@NBC29 6s
The same Verizon towers were used by both cellphones. The last data collected from Taylor's phone that night was at 6:27.

I went to court today. (after lunch) Then got reading the updates and wow.

The 6 47 pm time is the last time a person used the phone.

It sent information after that but it was 2 incoming text and I think about 4 updates or incoming app alerts or whatever.

The pwerpoint was kinda confusing to follow ,but the most important thing it showed was that RAT was not 4 wheeling in orange county as his phone pinged arround the area the whole day.

I think he had already disposed of her at that point (reason for it being turned off)...or left his phone at home. jmo

Good point. So that would be 14 hours to meet, abduct, kill then dispose of poor Alexis.
He would have had to have stashed her car well out the way somewhere before dumping it at the Carmike under cover of darkness that evening. I had been thinking he was all sweaty in Applebees due to him having a hard shift disposing of the body on the Saturday.

Do you think any of the documents will be made available for public consumption? Police interviews etc etc?

You were in the courtroom? Please tell me, I know this isn't scientific or even fair or any of that but: what were you feeling while there, did you get any gut feeling or impressions watching RAT?

I was hoping because the powerpoint on his pings and her pings was pretty cool. However the pictures of him taken when LE looking for marks on his person ,you do not want to see...

He had scratches to his legs ,that were mentioned in court . I thought I saw little bruised spots on his side but ,noone said anything about those so maybe I am mistaken.

I noticed when FBI was talking to him on the recording played today ,they were going though his laundry and he had a sweatshirt in his dirty clothes piles and another long sleeve shirt in there. I thought that was very interesting because in Virginia...in Aug you would not need a sweatshirt.

I wondered if that could be a clue to where Alexis might be.

My gut feeling is he will never admit to whatever he has done in this case or any other ,he just cares about himself . He is guilty of murdering Alexis there is no way Alexis randomly followed this guy to his house. He is gross. Looks gross, and sounds gross . The FBI was to nice to him telling him they didnt think he was a monster . He is.

If the sweatshirt were needed to avoid a chill (cave, somewhere underground) nighttime disposal when temps are lower or to avoid brush, thorns, poison ivy, etc interesting line of thought. What if the sweatshirt was part of the disposal, what could that be telling us?

I agree with you - he will never tell, and there have been others before Alexis. He will never admit to any of them and will never tell where remains are.

Why didn't the media report on these scratches to his legs? Do you think he pinned her down by straddling her chest? If so, the scratches would be on the back of his legs at about mid-thigh, most likely.

Yesterday was the first I heard about RAT living during the week in Ruckersville. That for me was disheartening, as it expands his territory greatly.
I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't living in his boss' basement there. He had his altercation with the police at her lot over the tracking device, and the news reports just say RAT gave the device to a female coworker, when the police took it out of her hands.
I keep leaning towards disposal of Alexis via 4 wheeler, sweatshirt and long sleeves for protection against brush.
Can someone clear this up for me: did they find RAT's DNA under the torn fingernail?

Scratches from fingernails would be pretty distinctive. I would think we will hear more if they were from a fight/vs brambles. Still the healing process would indicate how new the scratches were.

My distant cousin is along time hunter.. so I know this one.

Deep woods.. he went in deep woods or high grass. a sweats shirt soak up a lot of water or liquid etc. But blood of carried deer would come in like dots dark spots the sweat shirt would hold it . I remember him telling me this. After he killed a deer. Also easier to clean and fade out with bleach because the dots are small and not that deep. It used like shield for your shirt under it,or over it with your jacket or rain/hunting coat.

So if we figure the cel phone was off during the time he was disposing of Alexis body and he was likely in deep woods, that is a huge area for consideration

I really wish we could get her found and give her family at least that. But I do not think RAT will ever tell :(

They found something under her nail like skin cell.. that is said to come from Rat.. this could come from a scratch or scrap.

But, we know that he went to C-ville and bought videos and then went to the Liberty. So, he must have left that phone at home. Now, did he have a burner phone for anonymous surfing, stalking, posting, I'd be willing to bet he did.

Well I think AM did not get raped by RAT I unfortunately think she died from a fight. I think she was lured in and she figured out it wasn't right tried to leave and gets hit in the head or something else similar and unfortunately dies .:(

I think the media overall have been extremely poor in their reporting of this case.

One of the media outlets in particular have been woeful in content, spelling and grammar. I seem to remember the same outlet being the exact same back in August when the case was being vigorously investigated. How do these reporters manage to keep their jobs?

My gut tells me that RAT did something significant at 9:00 PM on the 3rd. He mentioned that time in at least two different scenarios.

1st scenario, he said he got home at 9:00 PM after buying $45 worth of pot from a drug dealer friend in Amherst.

2nd scenario, he says Alexis left with Bradley at 9:00 PM.

In addition to that, he said he went ATVing, with friends, all day on the 3rd. (Was it "Gordonsville" that he said he went ATVing.)

We know that he was seen, with people in his car, in the area of Crabtree Falls, either the next morning or Monday morning (I can't remember) and the camo SUV was covered in mud. Did that come out in court, yet?

I believe he throws out tidbits and in them are the clues to where his victims were disposed of. I also wonder if the area where the cab driver dropped him off has been searched. He had stolen an ATV in August, correct? Just like him to use someone else's property to dispose of a victim. I'll bet that road the ATV back to the camper after the cabbie dropped him off. He probably stores that thing somewhere off the beaten track. It has not been recovered, correct?
