Just a general question (after what happened with the kids in TM s trial). Is there anything to stop A.C. or any other possible witnesses from watching replays of today's testimony when they leave court?
I believe the defense objected on the grounds that it hadn't been verified that the calendar was correct. If I was a juror I'd be rolling my eyes at this. She had a big blank calendar and wanted to fill it in with important dates from this witness - when he visited where, etc. To have a visual. Looks like the judge did not allow it.
ETA: So now they are having to just write the dates on a flip chart.
It doesn't look like any family will make it to the stand today, sadly.I was thinking that too and I doubt it.
Yes! Thank you all! I have been busy all day and unable to watch it all. Appreciate the posts!!Thanks to everyone for the posts. I had to leave my house at their lunch break and this is the only way I can follow along.

Wait, did they burn the rags in their fire pit in the yard?
Sorry behind but remembering they had a fire pit.
