Tammy Moorer is in the court room, as is the Elvis family. The judge just walked in. Waiting on the jury.

Defense asked if Sidney Moorer could wear regular clothes if he was called to testify. Judge has rejected that request. @wpdeabc15

Yep, we want him to look like the criminal, that he is: no hiding it.

the defense wanted the now 12 year old to be in the courtroom "for support" ...Who would put that on a 12 year old!!!! I have no words.

Imagine how the trial will affect the child.
The child should be supported, cared by others and not witness this.
Perhaps this tactic is used, for sympathy for TM.
