I love that they have her on video lying so smoothly to the detective about their "open marriage". If she gets on the stand, the jury won't believe a word she says.

Nancy should have asked the current witness if there were any text messages referencing an open marriage. Ditto for being pregnant/trying to get pregnant.

Looking forward to hearing the cross examination of this witness. I keep thinking not so much about what all these texts were about, but about what texts were missing from a mom of three that also had a husband. I guess we aren't privy to knowing whether some of the texts from Tammy's phone were successfully kept out of this trial.

Maybe I'm just expecting too much, but I did expect there would be some texting to/from her children.

Thats a good question as i dont recall from the prior trials whether any google search history was ever discussed.

I wonder too is that something that only resides on a persons device and maybe its not kept on the google servers. Google servers would keep a persons ID and password for like GMAIL and any email history of that person but something like searching and search history of websites I wonder if that is only kept on a persons personal device.

Google may have access to all the different IP addresses that searched things using google but it may take a different type of database pull to get all the search history coming from an individual IP address.

I am real curious if its possible to get from google servers. Because it could be likely there was searches being done with how to permanently dispose of a body or things like that. Wonder if LE pursued the search history with Google or not.

Very interesting subject.
First, sorry for quoting something so many pages back, but I want to mention something I learned in my own court experience this morning, and it relates to tech companies. The detective who escorted me said they have a hard time subpoenaing information from the likes of Google with state charges. If it's a federal case, the company has to comply, but if the charges are from the state, and that state is not the same state where the tech company is headquartered, the company can refuse, and oftentimes does. I'm sure there may be consequences for that refusal, but does anyone know anything about interstate subpoenas? This was news to me.

Maybe I'm just expecting too much, but I did expect there would be some texting to/from her children.

There were a couple. I think her daughter messaged her to ask if she was on IG using Sidney's phone.

You reminded me though, it sounds like maybe it was one of the children that texted Heather from Sidney's phone saying daddy doesn't have the phone anymore (or whatever it was). I think Tammy complained to a friend about Heather's response (the period). I'll need to rewatch that part of the testimony.

Who here on this thread watched the Casey Anthony trial live? Remember there was a news station that had a camera on Casey the whole time and we could watch her facial expressions during witness testimony. Good times! I wish that was happening with this trial
