He's reading through pages, holding them at times, and also there appears to be talk between him and the defendant about what is on the pages.

Also, am I dreaming that TM wanted all 3 in the gallery the whole time, and Judge Culbertson ruled they could not be? Were they not planning to call them as witnesses then?

It just seems so wrong, that CM may be handling pages of exhibits, or evidence that has been marked as entered into this trial.

I was literally just thinking that! He stands like a young man thrust into an older man's position, if that makes any sense? Bigger than his years allow. I would say life experience as well, but sadly , with parents like this, they have all had more bad experience than any young person deserves.

#TammyMoorer - Court is in session. The prosecution is speaking to the judge about defense documents. Specifically, the tattoo facebook post. They claim the dates can easily be manipulated on posts on Facebook. (I didn't know that)
