I just took my dogs out on this very, very beautiful day, and was thinking about how Hannah will never get such a chance to enjoy the sunshine again here on earth because this monster robbed her of her life. It is so unfair, how someone can do this...ugh, can't find the words right now, but ykwim... As stated earlier, nobody should be able to have this level of power, over a single person and their loved ones.

Imagine me giving you a BIG hug!

The thanks button isn't enough. I wish WS would add a personal safety forum to their home page.

Something is weird here. I've had this feeling since I read the article last night with the interview of the man who found these remains. Things aren't fitting together for me.

This sounds crazy, but I am wondering if LE is playing some kind of game with JM here. I believe that remains were found, but I really wonder if false info is being circulated to elicit a response from JM. As if he might hear where these remains have been located and respond with "What are they talking about? That's nowhere near where I left her! I mean...um..."

They put out a lot of info in the last few days. Dogs had "indicated" or whatever word they used in some areas that were now going to be searched again with digging to commence. They wanted 200 people for 2 scheduled searches Sunday. Searches that appeared to be separate from the digging search. 300 people from FBI Academy were to arrive from Quantico (was that ever confirmed to have actually happened or was it just said they were coming?). That's 500 - 500!!! - people due to be searching targeted areas this weekend.

Yet she was supposedly found randomly by a searcher who went to the area on a whim at the end of another search (they were finished searching before noon? Because that's when the remains were reportedly found.).

Then, LE announces remains were found and Hannah's parents informed, but no other info would be released. Yet about 2 hours later there's video and print interview footage of the ACTUAL PERSON who found these remains, describing what condition the remains were in, what was found with the remains, what type of area the remains were found in, and what sructure was nearby the remains?

Something's weird!

Anything is possible of course, but IMO most bodies are found seemingly randomly - a farmer checking his fence lines, a hunter stumbling across remains, a dog bringing home a human bone, etc. It seems unlikely to me to be a ploy by LE when you have large numbers of folks scheduled to come in to search and then cancel it. That would, again JMO. appear to me to be because they really did discover remains which they strongly believe to be Hannah.

Same here. I just get the 6 likes. Earlier I either clicked on the web page or something, but it said the company Mountainview Adult Home was established in 2010 and had two employees. It also listed the same phone number as shown on Facebook. Can't recall exactly where I found that though :(

Wonder if JLM ever applied to work there?

It's not completely unusual for there to be confusion about aerial photos and map locations, but I'm pretty sure that the aerial photo of police in the driveway aligns with the farm just off the Walnut Creek Park road. In other views of the map, the fence can be seen ... but no time right now to post. I think that Coy Barefoot made a mistake. I think he got some of his information from this website last night. He spoke to the property owners of the address that was posted here last night, and when they said no comment, he interpreted that as confirmation that it is the correct location.

You are correct. I have spent hours and hours riding my road bike up and down the Walnut Creek St. park road - it's a long hill and I use it for climbing repeat exercises. The entrance to the park is two lanes split by a large median - in some of the photos two awning tents are set up on this median. There is a "guard house" but no gate that I recall. During the summer time when the beach is open there is an attendant collecting a fee to enter the park during working hours. When the beach is closed, access to the park is unfettered. A sign notes that the park is closed after sunset. Shortly after passing the median, the road becomes two-lane. A drive leads to a building set back in the woods off to the right. This is the drive officers can be seen walking on in one of the circulating pictures. I had thought that the structure was a maintenance complex and, perhaps, inhabited by a ranger or park manager. It might not be inhabited - in that case it would be a very secluded place to carry out a crime - but as the maintenance building for the park I wouldn't call it abandoned. A mountain bike trail - The Bike Factory Trail - crosses the road just next to the driveway for the building. That trail loops around the building and runs between the building and the road. Several of the bike trails cross that creek, and if I recall correctly it does sometimes have water in it - but I might be confusing that creek with another within the park. My point is, the building and that driveway are solidly within the park.

I don't know much about command centers in search operations, but I can say this about the beach pavilion: There is a large parking lot right in front of it. It is covered. There are restrooms.

If this has been posted already, my apologies:

In regards to the drugs..... He could easily get them on the streets, from websites, etc. However, maybe he found a way at work. All the drugs are closely monitored, even in disposal of vials I am sure. But, there very well may have been a time or two where a drug or medicine was dispensed to a patient and not used and he scooped it up or not fully used and he was able to scoop up the remaining amount. There wouldn't be any red flags if all drugs were accounted for but the patient did not receive or take just before JM transferred the patient to surgery, etc

I wish you wouldn't have said that, but I understand. That's a true psychopath and would make several patients not having medication during surgery. Gawd... but JM is not an anesthesiologist.. so the drugs administered would have to be after surgery ( JMO)

LOL...this will probably get pulled, but I have been here all day after being here most of last night so I am getting a bit loopy. I can't speak for Coy, bc his info, up til now anyway, has been pretty spot on, but I believe NG and JVM could stand to join WS, because Lord knows they don't seem to have better sources.

They would need a staff of fifty to absorb the info that comes out of this site on a national level. :) One big case can disrupt my life.

And another thing...there hasn't been any info leaked on where or how JM's taxi van was found, yet full on TV and print interviews about the remains that were found? How is it they've kept so many important things quiet yet the most important and sensitive info to date is revealed easily? Something's weird :)

Perhaps they are considering everything between there and where the remains were found as potential crime scenes, meaning they might be looking for additional items discarded/clues along the way, so they want to preserve all areas within a certain radius so as to not compromise any evidence. These might include tire tracks, phone, cigarette butts, weapon, clothing, etc etc.

eta: we've seen in other cases where the victim's purse/phone, etc was thrown out the car window along the way...

eta: Another possible reason for the distance might be to enhance their ability to keep out anyone from coming to the location (media, etc) until their work there is complete. This distance might also provide an opportunity to make sure alternate routes to the location are all secured.

That is what I believe. They will be going through the area with a fine tooth comb and not just the area where her remains were found. She had no hair so they will be looking everywhere to see if they can locate some or even the main hair mass. Remember in Caylee's case they did find the mass of her hair.:( And that was in a tight search area yet they were there for weeks. Now I know her little bones were scattered but there is still much to be done now that they have located the remains even with Hannah's skeleton being intact.

They will walk the dry creek bed and could go up and down it for a mile or even more. They may not think he brought her down to this area straight off of the OL roadway but cut through the woods. They are also looking for anything else that may have gotten hung up on tree limbs. And they are going to search for JMs clothes thinking possibly he discarded them in the woods somewhere and they really don't know where that 'somewhere' could be at this time. Even the tiniest thing belonging to Hannah they will try to find. Such as if she is missing a fingernail that could have been ripped off if she fought him, which I hope she did. Or looking for torn fabric that may have gotten caught in the trees.

And we know they are searching for her phone. Can you imagine trying to find a small object like a cell phone in all those woods? They will be there for many days at least if not more.

I think you are right. They want to push back the media as far as they can.

I really do believe the woman Coy tried to interview is the owner of this property. I have even seen the photo of this particular home and property being shown in other MSM articles. If the woman had no connection to the unoccupied home in question she simply would have told Coy she did not own the home or property where Hannah's remains were found. It is obvious to me anyway the police have already spoken with this woman/owner and asked her not to discuss anything with the media.

This morning I saw on one of the videos where a lawyer said the place where Hannah was taken to where she was found and to where Morgan was found is a triangle. The FBI uses that kind of profile looking for evidence within the triangle. They also must be very aware that they could at anytime come across another boneyard area he may have used to put other victims. All of that is in the back of their minds. They have a daunting task for such a rural wooded area.

They are going to try and see if they can get an idea of how he brought her to where she was found. They really have so much to do in such a vast area. They aren't going to want anyone back there in those areas until the investigation is over with and people thatlive there will be told to go directly to their homes and not interfere with the search investigation.

Wonder if JLM ever applied to work there?

Good question. Also, was he an owner perhaps? There were previous posts about him possibly owning a business. So many questions?

The property is 2.5 acres, which is not a farm.

Below is a farm with an entrance off the Walnut Creek Park road. That property belongs to the County Finance Dept. There is a dry creek behind the building.

I think that this is the location according to the photos and maps that are available. We can clearly see the median on Walnut Creek Park Road in the police photo.

Doesn't this location also make sense in regards to the neighbor who lived just doorsteps from the scene who smelled the odor?

Catching up on this thread, have they actually confirmed the body is Hannah?
I know all signs point to that at this point, but I was just wondering if someone had the link to the official press release?

I still have these lurking questions, perhaps someone can enlighten me? :) If the body was not covered or buried, why did it take the neighbors 5 weeks to notice effects of a body that was decomposing? How close is the nearest neighbor? I also read that JLM's mother lived nearby? Was this area in his cab route at some point? Why was the radius on the search teams not expanded at least 5/6 miles from where Morgan Harrington's body was found in the first place?
1. When the remains were found, they were not buried. For all we know, the recent rains could have uncovered a partially-buried body.
2. The neighbors are not close (if it's the property Coy Barefoot has identified). The area is very rural.
3. My understanding is that JLM's mother and JLM lived nearby when he was young, but neither currently lives in the North Garden area.
I can't help you with the rest of your questions, because I don't know. Sorry!

Not trying to pick on you OTTO, and you do bring up valid points on the Ariel photos of the command center. But to say that Coy wrote an article today loosely based on things we were talking about last night here on WS is a little bit of a stretch IMO. I believe he has much better sources than Websleuths.

It sounds like Coy is basing the location on the buzzard story too. I mean the neighbor who notice buzzards at 31*3 on Oct 5, went back Oct 6, etc

Not necessarily suggesting this is what happened, but a suspect may disclose the location of a body/evidence in return for prosecutors taking the death penalty off the table.

True, but he hasn't been charged with capital murder.

Not yet. Probably we'll know something tomorrow or Tuesday.

"James Camblos III, the lawyer representing Matthew said he would await further information. 'The police have located human remains and we will wait to see what the medical examiner says to see who it is,' Camblos said."

http://www.newsleader.com/story/new...they-have-found-hannah-grahams-body/17517481/

Does the fact that Camblos has not said his client is innocent of the charges on him so far (abduction with intent to defile) perhaps mean that JM may intend to plea bargain depending on what the autopsy reveals? For example, if no cause of death can be determined, perhaps he'll say it was an accident to get a lesser charge such as manslaughter. I just think it's interesting that he hasn't professed his innocence so far if that's his intention, but I am not a lawyer, so what do I know? :)

yep. I took the attorney's statement as follows: yes we are aware remains thought to be Hannah's were found. We are waiting to see what info investigators are able to glean from those remains (COD, etc) before we comment on them so we won't make a misstep by giving an ounce more than we have to.

The only thing that doesn't make sense about otto continually saying the house mentioned in the Coy Barefoot article:

We have members on here who guessed this location by hearing police being called to this location to this scene around noon yesterday over the scanner.

Why would the police have been called to a location that was 3 miles away from where the actual body was discovered?

maybe he had to give up 2 locations for 3 offences to avoid a certain DP? I mean, what if otto and all of
Barefoot's defenders are right about both locations?

I am praying they will find tire tracks that match those of JM and whatever evidence was on that car that can prove he was the one there. Maybe croc prints will still be visible.
