Again, FWIW, Amity posted the link to NE article uploaded to photobucket claiming there are finger prints on duct tape and quoting Dr. Baden and saying it's likely. I think it was forty two who noted the piece of duct tape from Caylee's mouth was not listed in latest doc dump.

lin: The reason the duct tape was not listed in the latest doc dump is because it was removed at the ME's office and the ME sent the tape to FBI. Page 55 of the document dump that contains all the FBI reports. States: Items from Medical Examiner's Office Q62 - Q64 Tape.

To be more specific, what I said was that the duct tape from her mouth was not listed in the evidence reports.

It is almost certainly one of the pieces that was in the FBI fingerprint report.

I have more about this that occurred to me today, and I hope to share later after my chef chores are completed. Probably over in the duct tape thread.

I think the red "bubble" one found at the remains site was always on some sort of cardboard.

I think there is another one which was on the skull duct tape and is not found, or at least we are not told of it yet.

Circumstantial evidence found during the A home search, strongly suggests to me that the skull duct tape sticker originally came from the single backing unit. Cut out and saved separately. This is an indication that it is important. The LE photos even show the sticker sheet that it was cut from. The stickers are predominately red, but metalic holographic effect. Aproximately 3/4" size.

So you think that there was another heart sticker that was the one placed on the duct tape over her mouth....which might match the backing they found at the home? And that the puffy one on the cardboard matting was a separate sticker found at the scene? I think I have to agree with you. I think the puffy sticker appears to have been attached to whatever the cardboard piece is - likely to be a scrapbook page IMO. I don't think it would have originally been on the duct tape and then transferred somehow to the cardboard. I am sure LE can tell if the size of the puffy heart matches the size of the residue heart left on the duct tape.

Something just occurred to me...if the puffy red heart was on a piece of 'matting' could this be mat board from a framed photo? Could there have been a photo found that LE kept from doc dump?

LE could not have found a photo at the A home in December, that had already rotted away at the remains site.

It would be great though, if LE found a photo, that had another framed photo in the background somewhere, and that showed this sticker. However there is no indication of evidence like that.

To me all I needed was to see that she had numerous types of heart stickers in her room and that she used them alot. That was enough for me to establish a connection! Thanks for the info!

I don't think she was saying that the photo was found at the A's house...and was also at the crime scene. I think she was saying that she wondered if the cardboard matting the puffy sticker was found on could have been from a framed photo. That perhaps they found the framed photo at the crime scene, and just haven't disclosed the photo was found yet.

I also thought that I had seen photos and other things in the original crime scene photos that I have not seen listed in this most recent doc dump. I could have clearly been seeing things, since the photo quality was poor. But I am still curious!

I used to do custom Matting an Framing for photos, artwork, etc...I just thought that since the red sticker might be on a piece of Matt Board (and it does look like Matt Board) that there might be a photo that was with the found Matt Board/Sticker, and that LE might not want to release this info to the public.

We are all learning. My guess is they might not reveal a category of items, but they would not just keep one or two items secret. Imagine what the defense might say about breaking rules of Discovery.

The scrap of cardboard and the heart obviously could be critical, so if they had any more pieces or whatever they would say.IMO
