Ex-boyfriend of missing Maui woman picked up by police for allegedly threatening her family
The ex-boyfriend of missing Maui pregnant woman Charli Scott was picked up by Maui police Monday on suspician of allegedly threatening a member of Scott's family, but was arrested and charged for possesion of a deadly weapon.

Maui police sources say Capobianco is under investigation for sending a message through social media to one of Scott's family members implying someone would get hurt.
No word yet if Monday's arrest violates the terms of Capobianco's release. He was arrested on felony theft and burglary charges in May. Capobianco is accused of breaking into a Haiku home on Eono Place last September and stealing jewelry, a laptop and a desktop computer. He is also suspected of slashing a vehicle's tires before leaving.

Bail revoked for ex-boyfriend of missing Maui woman
Police said that Capobianco sent a "snap chat" message to several people, which contained an image and a statement that was taken as a threat. The image and message was captured and forwarded to the Maui Police
Initially, Capobianco told police that he was willing to meet with them Sunday night.
However, when the suspect charged his mind, police arrested him at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Wailuku.
While searching Capobianco, police found a 4- to 6-inch dual edged knife, disguised as a belt buckle and sheathed within the belt.

Capobianco was also arrested on felony theft and burglary charges in May for an alleged home break-in reported at a home on Eono Place last September.

Capobianco Held on $502,000 Bail for Deadly Weapon Charge
Capobianco was not charged with the terroristic threatening offense, which remains under investigation, but he was charged on the deadly weapons offense and was also charged with violating terms of his release on bail.
The charges stem from a an incident reported at 3 a.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2014, in which police say Capobianco sent a snap chat message to several recipients, including a 16-year-old female, which contained an image and a statement that was taken as a threat.
Police say the image and message were captured and forwarded to Maui police for documentation and investigation.
