MOO but would it be possible she was privy to information that led up the the vomiting? I keep going back to the fact that this could be the needle in the haystack. Just thinking out loud.
The family are victims and speculation that they were involved in his disappearance should only be from LE. MOO, terms of service etc.

What are you implying and what is the source for they all went to a restaurant and "had a nice dinner"?
Sarah and her daughter went to the daughters favorite restaurant for lunch.

This was only a few hours after Les Brown had come to Sarah and David's house around 10:00 AM looking for David because he was no where to be found and the load of pigs had not been delivered. Later that afternoon David's truck was found and Sarah was called on David's phone, to which Sarah and her daughter, along with David's mechanic, responded to where the truck was found parked in the middle of the road. This is apparently when the daughter became sick.

Sarah also mentioned that LE would not let her near the truck because they were using the dog to track David and Sarah's scent may have confused the dog. I don't imagine Sarah's daughter was allowed near the truck as well. Sarah took a picture of the rear of David's trailer, from her car, while parked on the road. I would estimate Sarah was parked several hundred feet behind the truck and trailer, so I don't think Sarah was parked close enough for the odor of the pigs to have made someone get sick. Living in Iowa, one becomes accustom to the smells associated with farms and passing livestock trailers.

Maybe the food she had for lunch upset her stomach. I would think a situation such as this may cause some people to have an upset stomach. However I also think most people would not have much of an appetite if they had just learned their loved one was no where to be found. I know I wouldn't be able to go out for lunch if someone had just informed me my wife was missing.

I believe this was in one of the many interviews Sarah gave. I will try and find the interview and post it or maybe someone else has it and can do the same.

I've followed the thread from the beginning, so no summary needed. The point is , they did not go out to a "nice dinner" after finding out David was missing. And changing things up like that is to imply something or just not knowing the timeline. MOO

I was just trying to keep the record straight, meanwhile giving my opinion on what may have caused the daughters misfortune of vomiting, which could have been tied to the food she ate for lunch. Sorry if I upset you. Maybe I should have broken it down into different posts.

Different people react in different ways to different situations. I'm not implying anything, but I'm sure many people following along would find it strange timing on wanting to go get something to eat. This doesn't imply Sarah has any responsibility in David's disappearance. I'm not changing things up, but rather stating what Sarah herself said she and her daughter did hours after learning David couldn't be found. That is the timeline, straight from Sarah herself. Your guess as to why the daughter vomited while at the scene where the truck was found is as good as mine.

People following this story are going to make assumptions based on the participants actions. Just like in any case. <modsnip: discussing posts from wife’s social media> But keep in mind any good lawyer would advise their client not to talk to the police. Although that is usually if the police are asking to interview their client. Not sure why legal counsel would advise a family member not contact the police if all they were doing is asking for updates regarding the case, especially if the family member had no culpability in the missing family members disappearance.

It was not a response to the anything you wrote, it was for someone else's post. That was another person that claimed they went out for "a nice dinner", were they mistaken or deliberately implying something, Comments questioning the family's actions both before and after the disappearance, when they are to be considered victims , tos, etc.

I've been through enough traumatic experiences in my life to know that vomiting is a natural reaction to trauma. It has nothing to do with eating or not eating beforehand and definitely should not be considered a tell-tale sign that someone is not a victim. I do not think this is important to the investigation. I also know what it is like to have a husband that works unpredictable hours and to also host while family is in town. If you have a house full of people that need to eat there is nothing wrong with going out to eat...it should actually be preferred due to the time it takes to prepare and cook at home and then clean up. I can see how in Sarah's position that it would be less time consuming to eat out, so she can have more time to focus on what had transpired that morning when she realized that her husband was MIA. I am thinking that this is what the plan of the day was before that day and there may not have been an alternative food plan at home for that meal. I think it is silly to nitpick this for anything more than it is. Also my thoughts on SS being asked by her PI's legal team to stop contacting police is because from what I have seen on her social media is that when she contacts the police and there is no update due to it being an ongoing investigation where they can not share information, and then she posts that there is no update, there are followers who end up advocating for thousands of others to contact their local legislators, the governor and so on to escalate the situation. My hunch is that it is causing a lot of red tape for this small local police department and it is causing huge problems for them which could be impeding the investigation. MOO

BBM This could be true. I think the concept can be misconstrued easily though and I don't remember reading that the investigators said not to contact them, the PI was said to have done that. If the investigators contact and want to talk to her I believe she should. Saying don't talk to them at all is a bit misleading perhaps? SM posts are not the best source and this is all speculation on my part. I wish things were different for SS and going smoother thats for sure. I still have a slight hope he is alive.

How comes search and rescue can't retrieve the body?
“It’s a huge ravine right in that area it’s giving us challenges in how to get to where the individual is at so we can continue, we’re having to get extra equipment and calling in specialists to get to it so we can do our investigation,” Houchin said.
