What I remember about Grandma and Tammy was they had "plans" and Tammy was waiting for Grandma at Grandma's house in Waterloo. Grandma was supposed to leave around 1:30 with Lyric. So around 2 (?) Grandma left the Collin's house and went to meet Tammy. They were back looking at the lake by 2:45.

I know, but where was she BEFORE 2?

Also, she either lives with, or at one point lived with JW (online records show same address). They might be closer than we all previously suspected. (Ewwwwww)

To be frank, no. "all of them" means, ALL OF THEM.

There are other links about but as you and Ollipop are challenging all of my statements I just grabbed the first one....I have more links to provide (even though I have already provided them).

I don't see how a reporter can mistake the meaning of "all of them"...plus there are more direct quotes about. It was a news conference after all...a room FULL of reporters. There could well even be footage. I'm not digging it out because I don't need to prove anything.

The girls did go North. They left the Colin's home and went North towards Lafayette, where they were seen on video surveillance tape, and the next known fact is that their bikes were at the SE tip of Meyers Lake.

Respectfully...The video camera is mounted in the back of the auction house. The street it looks upon, that the girls were last seen on, runs east and west. I've seen nothing to indicate that they went north to Lafayette. You can almost see EC's house in that video.

Soooooo, this is her sister Misty who he's being charged with abusing, breaking fingers, etc, etc. Really? The last thing I'd feel is sorry for him, that's odd.

She was apparently THERE and WITNESSED the abuse against Misty too! That's what she said on Judge Jeanine!! The judge even said, "why are you spending so much time defending your brother in law?!"

I think what she is saying is 'not all of them are cooperating'. All of them - meaning one collective group is not all cooperating together. Some of them are not. Some of them are.

You know i will stick up for DM just because if i was awaken in the middle of the night. Barely any sleep and my kids were missing and LE was blaming me for hours and hours. I would not want to cooperate either. I would be so angry that LE is wasting their time accusing me. But on the other hand if i was to walk out and stop taking then LE would leave it as i am the POI instead of moving on. Which is why maybe DM started cooperating again. he got thinking that if he doesn't LE would waste even more time on him and not his missing daughter. JMO

It was in a press conference. All of us watching, listening, and transcribing it for the group heard Abben say the bikes were up against the fence when he got there. At one point the local tv station there had the pc's on their web site.

Jim Spellman, CNN Correspondent and Jane Velez-Mitchell on Dan's cell phone and the evening LE arrived at the hotel after Dan walked out of his interview:

Again, I want to go back to this report we`ve been hearing that Daniel, the father of missing Lyric, the 10-year-old, stormed out of a police interview, and then the scene later at the hotel where they were staying to get away from it.

SPELLMAN: That`s right. Two nights ago Daniel was polygraphed and was being interviewed at this makeshift command center that authorities have set up here. He tells me on the phone, he told me personally, that they were accusing him of hurting Lyric somehow. Of knowing what was going on. He said he got sick of it, he got up and he left.

Last night the families decided they needed a break from all of the media. They checked into a hotel for a night. They say the same investigator banged on their door and again was accusing Daniel, saying, "You know something. Tell us what you know."

And then we -- so that`s really frustrated them, because they feel like, look, we`ve agreed to everything. We`ve been polygraphed. You haven`t need search warrants for anything. Leave us alone. Move on. Look elsewhere. You`re not going to find your answers here. That`s what the family says.

I want to add a little bit more detail, too, about the investigation into possible drug connections. The authorities here took Daniel`s cell phone. And the grandmother, Wilma Cook, just told me that they returned the cell phone to him, and they wanted information on a series of numbers inside that phone. So clearly they want to know who was calling Daniel and who he was calling.

Heather didn't even know they were going to the lake, I posted some of her interview to Shep and she was under the impression they would only go about a block away. Sometimes a little further, but not to the lake. GMa apparently didn't know either, when Tammy said it on JP's show.

But Aunt Tammy knew that Lizzie had been there before. I still wonder why 'her gut' as she called it, told her to hurry over to the lake. If I was looking for my 8 and 10 yr old I would look at the 7/11 and the skate park and the school playground. I know that Grandma already looked at those places earlier, but it still seems odd that they went right to the place the bikes were later found.

I have gone back and forth on all of this. (literally wanted to beat my head on that wall). I must say this: I pray that nothing ever happens to my family or that I am witness to anything that would attract "media" attention. I would be terrified what to do or say. I admit early on I was guilty of telling Aunt Tammy to shush up. My problems with her were not directed toward any feelings of her being guilty, but that she was talking too much about second hand information. She just rambled and rambled on NG and I was so worried the words she spoke would be "set in stone" when in fact she was telling what everybody else was doing. I hope that makes sense. (guess I'm rambling lol) I just want to say all that to say sometimes you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. I hope this ends soon. My heart and head just says it won't be a happy ending. But I will GLADLY eat those words!!

When I came into this case, one of the very first things I remember reading about was LE wanting to ask DM about several numbers on his phone. I don't know if they knew who they belonged to or not, but either they had his phone from day one or they had reviewed his cell records. I'm also not that savvy on tracking cell phones, etc., but it could be numbers called to a bat phone and after LE tried calling them it was useless. Getting him to give the names of people would be much easier than LE trying to track those, imo.

thanks, this is what I suspect is the case with the DM cell phone. LE had it when they had the others.

More recently (after the whole DM not goign to cooperate and then deciding again to cooperate hoop de doo last week) DM sat down with LE to provide details about numbers and contacts LE found in the phone while they had it. Perhaps people not answering perhaps bat phones without cell plans or names attached to them, etc. So they were still a mystery to LE.

oh holy cow, somehow your one post made my brain jump off into "DUH, now it seems obvious in a 13 year old on the playground with a crush" kind of way, except with SO MUCH worse consequences!

But this reminds me almost of a show I saw once where this guy and girl were making a relationship and getting on fine but then her husband who she thought was dead in the war came back from out of nowhere and she was all like, holy cow, I still love him! and her new lover was all like " :banghead: " and then the guy concocted this outrageous scheme to try to make her think her husband (who she'd thought was dead in the war until now) was a terrible person so she wouldn't go back with him, but instead would stay with this new boyfriend.

I have NO IDEA why it reminds me of that movie though. :waitasec:

edit - btw, at the end of the movie, the husband kicks the new guy's butt like you wouldn't believe, and the wife tells him off, and the husband and wife live happily ever after. lady lives on a plantation or something I think. Wish I could remember the movie's name...

Sexual reasons????!!!! These are little girls, 8 and 10 years old!!! Why on earth would kids that age be thinking of sex??!!! Maybe I'm way behind times but I don't think many kids are into sex at that age, they're kids, not teenagers!! I would hate to be the mother of one of them and read suggestions that they were meeting boys at the lake... no offense to you or anyone else but it is not too likely that they were into sex yet, IMO.

No, I thought Elepher was referring to the perps 'sexual' reasons, not the girls.
