This testimony about how she was found and that some of her clothes were found a distance from her body indicates to me that CBR had quite a bit he withheld from his confession.
I don’t believe at all that he blacked out, realized he had her in his trunk and carried her into that field and left her. I think he snatched her, drove her there and raped her and then he stabbed her and left.
That's exactly what most of us have thought for a long time. Many speculated that she was subdued and attacked at the first location, thrown in the trunk, and the rest of the assault was carried out at the second location, where he killed her. Imo

O love how his defense attorney keeps bringing up his child in small ways trying to create sympathy

I hope they connected the dots that of all people a man with a daughter should be one that protects and values women. They know what it's like to have a child that they love and so why would they harm someone elses child?

I am wondering if she was too decomposed for them to know for sure. But that underwear and shorts being discarded 30 feet away is a big clue.

If you pull over because you think the jogger 'is hot' ---and you throw her in the trunk and drive to a remote cornfield, carry her 400 feet and begin tearing off her shorts and undies....there is only one explanation.
Yes, I think that all speaks for itself. Though there may not be DNA to prove it, we all know.

So I have a question for anyone that might know about this testing and procedure. If the defense wanted any of these items tested for DNA, blood, seminal fluid, etc. they could have at any time done this correct? Him questioning her as if she somehow didn't test something that she should have that could have proved his client didn't do this is really just to try to show they didn't look for something or I don't know?? He could have requested the testing though right?
