I just don't buy LE actually found much evidence linked to the perp. Of course its sloppy. 4 people were stabbed to death and at least one fought back. There IS alot of evidence. Every drop of victims blood is an individual piece of "evidence". If the perp was so "sloppy" Why are we so far out with no POI. To me this looks more like an organized killer. Not necessarily. For example, not if the the unknown subject has mental illness. Yesterday Mr. Goncalves said that the intruder left a sloppy crime scene with evidence all over the place. That indicates a disorganized offender. Univ. of Idaho killer was ‘sloppy,’ left ‘mess’ of evidence, victim’s family says
I don't think they know.I'm beginning to think LE is telling the truth and has no clue who the killer is.
Just Google Latah County Jail Roster. I'd guess it varies by state/jurisdiction but I'm in Ohio and this can be done for all of our counties and most police depts.Where did you find this?
As I understand it that's exactly the case - she was just waiting to graduate. How does he know that K left school before her semester was finished, skipping assignments and exams? She may have completed her degree requirements after taking summer courses, thus making her eligible for December graduation.
the fact that it was a "party house" is also a huge complication. People were in and out of that house a lot so there's probably so much DNA of various people there. Which one is of the killer? that's going to take quite awhile to sort out.I just don't buy LE actually found much evidence linked to the perp. Just because its a sloppy crime scene with lots of evidence doesn't mean any of the evidence is left by the killer. I think they have shoe prints and maybe prints from a glove. I don't believe the perp cut himself with his own blade. JMO
If the perp rushed in behind them, then they just went to bed knowing the perp was in the house?Maybe rushed in behind them. Maybe left door open to prevent leaving prints/etc
Exactly!Right! People are upset now. Imagine how upset people would be if they botched the conviction!!
Add to that, potentially none of the dna recovered will be from the killer(s).the fact that it was a "party house" is also a huge complication. This is my question as well. It certainly looks like blood - color, coagulation - but doesn’t seem to be treated as such by investigators. Unless something has changed in the last couple of days, I haven’t seen any evidence markers near it, nor has there been any attempt to cover it (either for preservation or out of sensitivity to the families).
very true unfortunately. i really hope they have the best of the best CSI working that house.Add to that, potentially none of the dna recovered will be from the killer(s).
But they were all asleep when they were attacked.Maybe rushed in behind them. Maybe left door open to prevent leaving prints/etc
Was that confirmed or reported? Or just speculation? Just curious as I may have missed that! While not a burglary per se I do believe the killer did commit theft. The theft was not a reason to enter tho. JMO
Exactly. Whether the killer is organized pertains to how carefully he planned the crime and took steps to avoid leaving evidence ... not how "messy" the crime scene was.I just don't buy LE actually found much evidence linked to the perp. Organized, disorganized, sloppy, messy... One thing we know - so far the killer(s) have escaped detection.Exactly. Whether the killer is organized pertains to how carefully he planned the crime and took steps to avoid leaving evidence ... not how "messy" the crime scene was.
