According to reports, Vallow's first marriage was to her high school sweetheart, Yanes, in 1992, and following their divorce, she then married Lagioia.

Vallow and Lagioia - the biological dad of Vallow's eldest son Colby Ryan - married in 1995, but parted ways a year later.

In 2001, Vallow then married her third husband Joseph Ryan - who was Tylee's biological father.

The couple was together for three years before divorcing in 2004, and KSAZ reported Ryan died of an apparent heart attack in 2018.

In 2006, Lori married Charles Vallow and the couple adopted JJ after Charles' sister, Kay Woodcock, who had been caring for the boy at the time, suggested the idea.

Charles also had two children from a previous marriage.

It would seem the two Mels had the closest contact to the kids and should have noticed? MG was there the night JJ went missing, from what I remember she and her boyfriend stayed in JJ or Tylee’s room And JJ went with Alex. All the adults were together the neTx day at Chad’s property- but no JJ in sight. Isn’t that correct?

There hasn't yet been testimony about the last time JJ was seen, which is identified by police as September 23rd. MG testified that the last time she saw JJ was the 22nd, they left town on the 23rd without seeing him.

From previous news reports, he may have attended school on Monday the 23rd. The following day, Tuesday the 24th, Lori apparently went to his school to say he would be home-schooled from then on.

IMO, mis-information/
accusations about MG have been circulating online for a long time now. A simple look at the calendar and publicly available information should have put it in the trashbin long ago.

I also question the assumption that other people 'should have noticed'. I kind of assume parents know where their kids are, I don't tend to call police because my friend's kids aren't at home..

Didn't Lori claim that dark spirits could easily attach themselves to animals and then jump to people (or vice versa)? I think that part of the court testimony was stopped for being irrelevant.

Yes, it was said evil spirits could enter the dog easier and then able to attack JJ easier. It's to show why Lori got rid of the dog. Imo

JJ went missing on MG and DW's last day of visit. They had seen him the previous evening, just not in the morning when they were leaving. DW asked about it and Lori explained that JJ had a tantrum and that Alex took him to his apartment.

That part was later corrected - JJ did not attend school on the 23rd. That morning he was being buried in Chad's back yard.

I haven’t been able to keep up much and try reading here in the evenings to follow. I am having trouble keeping up with the cast of characters being discussed either by first name or initials. Does anyone have a who’s who list of witnesses and people being referred to as dark or Zombies or light or followers of Chad or Lori’s teachings? Not just looking for the names as I am able to figure that out eventually but I can’t tell who’s related to who or what they have to do with Lori half the time. TIA

I have thought from the first time we heard about Alex carrying a “sleeping” JJ out of that place that he was already dead. Now knowing from Det. Hermosillo that JJ’s arms bore post mortem bruising, I’m not so sure.

I suppose Tylee's hands were removed in an attempt to prevent identification. Now why would a complete stranger do that when dumping someone's body in a random backyard?

Adults: AC, LVD, CD, DW, and MG were at the property.
Where was JJ? Who could he have been with?

It was Sun evening that they were doing a podcast LVD CD MG and DW and AC brought JJ to Lori’s on his shoulder asleep, and put him to bed.

JJ did not go to school
MG and DW got up to leave, did not see JJ. Lori told them AC had come to get him because he was out of control, climbing on cabinets, knock down Jesus picture, up on top of cabinets and refrigerator.

I wonder why MG and DW did not inquire why JJ was not with them at the property On Sun if all the adults were together?

My guess is that either Alex or Lori weren't at the property or JJ was waiting in the car. JJ was seen in the evening, so it's not so relevant where he was during the day.

The jurors will be discussing it with their significant others, no doubt.

Note the prosecution didn't waste any time getting out the photos and information about the children. I bet they want the jury to have it in mind though out the trial.

The jury will want someone to "pay" for these heinous atrocities.

What I did read I am haunted by. Imagine being a juror seeing the photos? Too much.

Yes the information is overwhelming. I heard the jurors came in with note pads. They need those. Someone posted that in another trial the jurors couldn't take notes.

Anyone remember what trial that was? And why the judge wouldn't allow note taking? I don't get it.

Different states/ municipalities have a varying rules about note taking. They have to leave their notebooks with the bailiff in every case, I believe.

Sure (I mean, she's probably a psychopath), however the testimony already given at trial by Kay and MG is that she was a very loving mother. So that is what the jury have been told

Personally, I'm focussed on the evidence being presented at trial when I make my comments.

The jury has been told that two witnesses once believed (and now question) that Lori was a good mother. She may have played that role well but I think the jury will also question the truth of it.
