This is off topic. But no. Even if her work at Summers business was off the books, she woukd be almost impossible to claim disability. She earned her GED with no special services. She got her driver's license and was able to drive long distances alone. The standard for SSD is to be unable to do any kind of work and to be expected to be unable to do any kind of work for at least a year.

I worked in Medicaid, and a lot of people who need Medicaid also need SSD. It is a haul for people constantly at the doctor. AFAIK, Tylee had not been to the Dr. or hospitalized for years for disabling illness. SSD would not be approved because of an illness where you might be hospitalized a few times a year for a week. Her only hope would be fully falsified documents- but Dr.s make a lot from gov insurance. They do not want to be cut off from Medicare $$$ so the only thing even charming Lori could weasel out is "mom reports... " etc. and the SSD reviewers reject that outright without an attorney. With an attorney, they reject it after months or years and many more Dr. Visits. Many arranged by SSA and done by their own Dr.s

I’m not sure why it matters if the trial is shorter than expected but can someone post a link to where the prosecution indicated their expected length of time?

The only things I found were where news agencies said the trial is expected to last up to 10 weeks and that seems to have come from the fact that the judge previously (in Dec 2021) set the trial to start in Jan 2023 and he (the judge) expected it to take about 10 weeks.

Now I’m sure his expectations would have come from what he was being told by the attorneys but this 10 week expectation was long before the trials were severed.

I’m curious now whether the prosecution actually gave an anticipated timeline for their case against LVD as the only defendant. Does anyone have a link? TIA

btw we never heard Mel Gibb specify as to what was ' disrespectful' about T. ( If I'd been 16 and in T's shoes, I would have told Mel & my mother that their beliefs were a joke, that Chad was bogus and a lot more)

Yes I realised later that the YouTube had got the date wrong because I went to the WS timeline to check it.
Nonetheless the youtuber made lots of other valuable comments about other matters and I was wondering what that poster thought of them

At the start of that 48hours show, they interview some guy who's a YS specialist & he explains you have to know exactly which geyser to use. ( Not all of them have the acidity and heat required to eliminate a body)

As @Ruminations stated above, it may be premature. I'm just curious at the impact it may/may not have.
