Scott is saying that he has never heard of a continuation of a first appearance. She didn't even get her charges read. Means said he will file an entry on such, Woods objected to the continuance. I guess we'll have to follow the court site as to next initial arraignment @Niner

Dang it! To have been a fly on the wall during the side-bar! Why do you think Lori was granted a continuance. Means wanted it, Woods didn't. I am guessing the judge awarded it because he doesn't want there to be any grounds for mistrial later. Do you think Lori will turn on Chad?
