Another thing about Colby and that video—bc it has prob made some people uncomfortable how much he smiles and how he doesn’t act worried—is that I was thinking if I was in his shoes, how would I act on camera and what would I say—and it is pretty much spot on. He makes some uncomfortable gestures that are similar to what I do when trying to fight back emotions and also when talking about really difficult things. I kinda felt like he was trying to tell us maybe subconsciously that his mom is the issue and has been a big issue for him. I think he is scared of her at this point—who knows what all he knows? I hope that he is sharing all he knows with LE, but I think he is too afraid of his mother to share it on the internet. Maybe it is partly that and partly denial that something could have happened to his little brother and sister.

I don’t think it is an oversight that Colby doesn’t mention the last time he talked with Tylee. I totally feel that info is being withheld for a reason. And the reason that springs to mind is that he is working with LE and they don’t want that info released to the public for a specific reason.

I think LE knows a lot at this point, but is withholding it from the public. MOO

He posted that video right after the Rexburg police department released their update, and he chose to speak about Tylee first. I think the timing was significant.

I totally agree with LE knowing a lot at this point. They have so many capabilities.

I disagree with him working with LE, but that’s MOO. I think he’s from the generation of “likes” and “followers” and honestly, that’s what this feels like to me.

No info was provided for the Venmo payments (I posted screen shot previously). I believe that Lori had in the past made notes about Medicine or used a heart emoji when making a Venmo payment to Colby. I wonder also if Colby was perhaps purchasing medicine for JJ or was Lori paying for medicine for Colby? Not sure how this could be legally done but I'm not getting the sense that much in this group of people is 'by the books' necessarily.

I keep going back to the interview with Kay and her husband that was done by GH and how Kay said that Charles supported so many family members. I wonder if Lori used Venmo or other payment methods such as Paypal etc. to simply shuffle money around to various Family Members?

I do hope that Colby is cooperating with LE but it has to be tough and possibly scary to do as he has now heard his mother say that Tylee died a year before Charles and then Chad say that Lori had no minor children. I do hope that these family members that are speaking publicly are safe and looked after by LE as its impossible to know how many people might be part of this group with Lori and Chad.

Rexburg PD said on their FB page that they didn't know if Lori and Chad left the area by car or plane.

Its hard to understand if LE wants the public to be on the lookout for Lori and Chad or not? We have seen no vehicle descriptions or license plates.

Given the number of possible States involved and a huge search area I do wonder if LE knows where Lori and Chad are at this point as it doesn't seem to need assistance from citizens. Maybe people have posted in particular from UT (where Chad spent many years) asking for information about the vehicles so that they might keep a look out. But Rexburg PD has issued no formal statement on the vehicles that I can find. Its frustrating for the public to be willing to help and keep a look out for vehicles but not have descriptions. Perhaps the assumption is that Lori and Chad are being hidden by others and perhaps their original vehicles have been found by LE?

Does anyone have the ability to check to see if BOLOs were issued for Lori and Chad vehicles and has anyone heard about the location/status of Tylee Jeep that was allegedly last used by Alex? Was the Tylee Jeep taken by LE?

I don't know what his reasons are (Joshua's grandparents had no problem stating when they last talked to Joshua, which was in August), but I get the impression he hasn't talked to either JJ or Taylee in quite a while (months?)

This case is becoming increasingly bizarre by the day! And I still have no clue one way or another about what I think happened. That latest release was mind blowing. I could never imagine speaking those words about my child. What a horrible, horrible mother she is, regardless of what the outcome will be.

He didn't mention his mother in this video, and I don't believe he mentioned her in the last one, either. I'm not sure if that's a conscious choice on his part, or if he's been advised not to talk about her by someone else.

I think he's trying to stay neutral. It's probably difficult for him to believe that his mother could hurt his siblings.

In my opinion Lori is driving the bus here. Chad is likely a bit full of himself and is having a mid-life crisis and Lori is the fuel to keep that fire burning but I think, like Lori's prior husbands, that Chad is just along for the ride.

IF he had anything to do with his wife's death, that's way more than a mid-life crisis. Chad is an adult, and as such responsible for his own decisions. Unless he was deceived by Lori, he is in this mess voluntarily and should accept the consequences.

Regarding the latest Colby video, I am wondering if it is a communication to Tylee. Maybe those who can access the Venmo transactions could see if there is anything from Tylee in next day or so. I am wondering if maybe that is the only way she can communicate. E.g. maybe her other SM is not allowed by who ever she is with.

This is a MSM article of the death of Charles. The article confirms that Lori lives at that address with her son and daughter, so that has to mean Tylee and JJ were alive at that point.

Even JJ didn't attend Charles' funeral as far as I can tell. Per his grandparents, they wanted JJ to attend funeral/celebration of life but that didn't happen.
