MELANI PREGNANT?: For those who haven’t been following closely, Brandon & Melani are in a custody battle for their four children. Another exhibit shows belongings of the kids in Arizona as Melani decided to leave for Rexburg.

Also, Brandon says law enforcement not only confirmed that Melani got married to Ian Pawlowski weeks after leaving AZ, but that she is pregnant with his child.

MORE: From filed exhibit...

Just spoke to Natalie Pawlowski, ex-wife of Ian Pawlowski. She says she found this document on a computer he brought her on 2/16. She believes Ian wrote this letter.

It reads in part, “Melani had been told by Chad & Lori that their children had been possessed & had become zombies.”

The whole document is a lot to absorb.

TEXTS FROM IAN TO NATALIE: Another exhibit filed in Brandon Boudreaux’s response. Natalie Pawlowski tells me she got these texts from her ex-husband from early December. Both photos are screenshotted messages collected by Brandon Boudreaux for this case.

“They made the attempt, failed and told her about it after the fact. I understand he doesn’t want the kids around her because of all this, but I believe if she can see them, it will put a huge dent in her trust with her uncles. She’s scared and had been told her two middle children are dead.”

It is believed the uncles Ian allegedly referred to are Chad Daybell and Alex Cox.

NATALIE ASKS FOR HELP: This email obtained is from 12/4/19, a week after Rexburg Police questioned Lori Vallow on the whereabouts of JJ Vallow and then learning Tylee Ryan had been missing too.

Natalie Pawlowski contacted an associate of Brandon Boudreaux, trying to find him. Her ex-husband had just married his ex-wife. Natalie said Melani Boudreaux told her ex Ian that a demon possessed Natalie’s body and her spirit came to Melanie in a vision or dream to tell her that. Natalie also wrote that she learned Melani was “interrogated by police for five hours” the day prior and told Ian that two of the officers were possessed with spirits of “two of the original twelve disciples of Cain.”

There is also mention of Melani allegedly saying Natalie’s kids’ spirits are full of light but that can change at any moment.

“I heard something about a missing person that she may be involved in. I don’t know the details on that one,” Natalie wrote.

Natalie also wrote that Ian may go to police for help. She said Ian was terrified and asked her to take the kids away on his weekend because “he doesn’t want them around her. He has never done that ever.”

Natalie concludes by saying Ian told her to “look up the names Alex Cox and Chad Baybell (Daybell).”

At that time, Natalie had never heard of Melani’s uncle and Lori Vallow’s new husband.

Zombies, shootings, dark beings: What new court documents suggest about Lori Daybell

Pawlowskis’ attorney responds
Garrett Smith, Ian and Melani Pawlowski’s attorney, tells EastIdahoNews.com Melani does not believe the religious beliefs she told her new husband about; rather, she was just informing him of the ideas.

Smith says he is working to discover the truth of the new filing “with the same degree of skepticism we’ve had with everything else Brandon has filed in this case.”

“Melani has no knowledge of who shot at Brandon. She has no information of who did it and does not profess to,” Smith says. “She absolutely does not know where JJ and Tylee are. She’s done three interviews with the FBI and she would be in deep waters if she lied to them about that. She is like everybody else. She would love to know where those kids are and she hopes they are safe.”

Smith says Melani has not spoken with Lori since she was arrested and has cooperated with law enforcement. She and Ian are working to get custody of her four children.

“Melani is a good, kind, decent woman who has devoted her entire life to her kids. It’s an irony to me that while everyone is scouring the countryside for JJ and Tylee, Mel, by a pack of lies, is being denied access to her children,” Smith says.

A hearing is scheduled on the custody issue next week in Mesa. Boudreaux declined to comment further on the filing.

Just noting that I can't see that the amended order was served on the defendant Lori Vallow aka Daybell, whereas the original order was. It's been served on her 3 attorneys though. Also Webb and Elcox filed a motion asking for leave to withdraw on March 19th - it's still pending.

Prosecutors in 'cult mom' Lori Vallow's case turn thousands of pieces of evidence over including videos of Yellowstone Park trip with her kids before they disappeared as family tells how her religious beliefs were 'ripped from a Dungeons & Dragons manual'

Investigators: Why no autopsy after sudden death of woman linked to 'cult mom'?

[...]

"I'm just wondering how the family of Tammy Daybell is taking the whole thing," said Grace to former FBI special agent Bobby Chacon. "You've seen a lot of dead bodies and it concerns me that nobody demanded an autopsy. Does that not bother you?"

"It totally bothers me," said Chacon. "You think that those of us in law enforcement have a natural curiosity, natural suspicion, particularly when an otherwise healthy, normal adult is dead.

"The normal protocol for us would be to request an autopsy because there's a mantra for us in the forensic world that you have to get the evidence fast and first or else it can be compromised."

"This thing does, in fact, stink to high heaven," agreed former Atlanta medical examiner's office senior investigator, Joseph Scott Morgan.

"This falls solely within the jurisdiction and responsibility of the coroner," he said. "The problem is that just by natural national standards alone, which this coroner is nationally certified, they didn't even take time to draw toxicology."

Tammy Daybell's death was classified as "unattended," meaning that a primary care physician did not sign the death certificate. Morgan said that essentially means nothing.

"What are you going to list as the cause of death? What is there of substance? What are you going to say, sudden death? That doesn't mean anything."

VALLOW DUMPED
‘Cult mom’ Lori Vallow’s lawyers mysteriously QUIT amid court case over missing kids, 7 and 17

23 Mar 2020

[...]
But her lawyers Brian Webb and Edwina Elcox have now filed a motion to withdraw as Lori Vallow's counsel and their reasons why are shrouded in mystery.

Court documents say: "Counsel cannot reveal more information than this without disclosing privileged attorney-client communications."

Judge Faren Eddins said during a phone hearing on Friday that he would remove himself from the case after Vallow's attorneys filed paperwork asking that he no longer preside over the case.

Police say they strongly believe Joshua and Tylees lives are in danger.

They also say Vallow and her husband, Chad Daybell, have repeatedly lied about the children's whereabouts.

Rexburg police first questioned the couple about the missing kids in late November, but when detectives returned the next day, the couple had left town.

[...]

After failing to pay a $1 million bond she remains in jail until her next court appearance.

Disturbing court documents read that Vallow believed her kids had been “possessed and had become zombies," and that they “needed to die”.

Sources told Fox 10 Vallow was a big fan of her partner’s apocalyptic books predicting the end of the world while she was still married to her dead husband.

Daybell's former associate Julie Rowe told Fox 10: "He thinks that he has some kind of priesthood authority or sealing power that has been given to him to perform ordinances that one day will be on the Earth but are not now," she said.

"He has no business messing with any of this.”

Lori Vallow thought missing children were zombies, claims relative

22 Mar 2020

In the ever-growing, ever-darkening disappearance of two Idaho children, the ex-husband of Lori Vallow’s niece claims that the Idaho mom believed her kids were zombies.

[...]

Melani also reportedly told Powlowski that Brandon “had been possessed by a demon or another dark entity” and urged some action "in order for his spirit to progress and for the Lord’s plan to continue.”

In October 2019, Brandon Boudreaux was shot at outside his Arizona home. He has claimed that Vallow’s brother, Alex Cox, fired the shots.

Cox, who shot and killed Vallow’s ex-husband, Charles, in what was ruled self-defense, died in December.

“If shooting at Brandon was indeed based on the idea that he was not longer actually Brandon and needed to die as part of the Lord’s plan, then the kid’s lives could be forfeit based on the idea that they’re not really Tylee and JJ anymore,” Powlowski allegedly said, according to Brandon Boudreaux’s court filings, obtained by ABC 15.

Zombies and Cain’s dark 50: Court documents offer a look at what those close to Lori Vallow have to say

21 Mar 2020

[...]

Court documents from Boudreaux’s child custody case with Melani and a lengthy statement reported to have been written by Pawlowski were obtained by Fox 10 Phoenix's Justin Lum.

The documents, first reported by Lum, were obtained from two sources — child custody documents involving Brandon Boudreaux and his ex-wife Melani, and documents Natalie Pawlowski, the ex-wife of Melani's new husband, provided to Lum. Natalie Pawlowski told Lum the additional documents, allegedly written by ex-husband, were found on a computer that he had given her on Feb. 16.

[...]

The documents outline a strange point system for advancing to eternity as part of "the church of the 144,000" who will be saved at Christ's second coming and a reported belief that some people are under zombie-like demonic possession.

[...]

“There were fun and exciting ideas, but it felt like many of them were ripped straight out (of) a Dungeons & Dragons manual,” Ian Pawlowski reportedly wrote in the statement his ex-wife found.

The document detailed “stats” on which a person was ranked by his or her levels of vibration, libido, trustworthiness, and light/dark percentage.

A prominent belief alleged in the documents was regarding “zombies.” These zombies are “human bodies that have had their original spirits forced from them and have been possessed by either a demon (original third of the heavenly host who followed Lucifer), disembodied spirit (once living human spirits who have chosen not to be reborn into another probation) or a worm/slug (creature controlled by Lucifer that enters the body to control the host).”

When people become possessed by these beings, the original spirit is pushed out of the body and trapped in limbo, the documents said. The only way for the spirit to move forward is to await the death of their current possessed body.

Charles Vallow’s previously released divorce documents said Vallow claimed to be a "translated being." The documents, reportedly written by Ian Pawlowski, offer more details about these beings. Translated beings “cannot die, cannot reproduce, do not need food or sleep and do not feel the sorrow of the world.”

The writings attributed to Pawlowki claim there are 50 dark translated beings in the world; two of them just happen to be Rexburg police detectives investigating Vallow and her fifth husband Chad Daybell.

The Church of the Firstborn and 144,000 is “a higher organization and God’s church in truest form on Earth.” Pawlowski reportedly wrote that people have had the mysteries of God revealed to them and have multiple groups around the world specializing in different powers. Daybell and Vallow’s group specializes in healing and music, according to Pawlowski's reported writings.

“Between the stats, accounts of dark and light weapons, and words spoken in blessings, it sounded like someone had created a tabletop RPG (role-playing game) based on the Bible,” according to the writings.

“(Melani) stated that Brandon had been possessed by a demon or another dark entity sometime after June of (2019),” Pawlowski allegedly wrote.

According to Pawlowski's alleged writings, Melani was told “through revelation or by (Chad Daybell)” that because of Brandon’s possession, “something needed to happen to him.” Apparently, Melani did not “take well to the idea.” She still loved Boudreaux and did not want anything to happen to him, the writings said.

[...]

“This is where things started becoming concerning to me. She (Melani) shared the idea that Chad and Lori could have directed (Alex Cox) to take a shot at Brandon,” Pawlowski allegedly wrote.
