??? Charles was already dead for 2 months by the time Lori went to Yellowstone with Alex and kids. Do you mean Chad? Because he definitely knew where a Tylee was! IMO

Regarding the texts To/From TD to CD about shooting the “raccoon”...

Did anyone find Tammys text response very odd? CD texts her at noon with the BS raccoon story telling TD he loves her. Three hours later TD replies with good for you and never replies ,”Love you too”.

I wonder just how bad their marriage had gotten before she died of “natural causes”...

lori never mentioned to LE her ALL COMSUMING who-haa when charles had the audacity to steal her wallet. (after she had stolen ALL his money, clothes, vehicles, cancelled his plane flights, and changed the locks to his house the night before).

That’s how I took it too.

You lose so much information when texting as opposed to on a phone call (voice inflections, etc.) and definitely in person (body language).

We were driving through Salem today and went past Chad's house. We turned off the main road there so we could see the fence along the south side of the property where people have set up a memorial. It has grown very large, was very touching, and very sad. I was glad to see that some large pictures of Tammy have been included. We were not the only ones there. There were several cars. Understandable, I guess because it is a Saturday, but I think the renewed traffic is because of the unsealed affidavit.

I made a few observations about the property. It is not NEARLY as large as it appears in the aerial photos. The aerials make it look like the fire pit is wayyyy back from the house. It isn't. The aerials make the dry pond look far away from the fire pit. It isn't. It's pretty small actually. You could hear someone from one end of the property to the other just by raising your voice. You wouldn't even have to shout. It's definitely not like you could be out there working on something and not be noticed. You would be noticed. There is no privacy and I was shocked at the plain view from the road on the south side of the property of the fire pit area and also the pond. You can easily see everything. A really stupid place to do what they did IMO. In broad daylight. I can see why Chad concocted the elaborate text to Tammy explaining away all the sounds and sights and burning. I'm surprised he wasn't more worried about Alex's truck (if that is what was used) being spotted there in the back yard. Or Alex himself. There is no hiding there. Just stilled shocked at how small and visible it all is. Hard to believe. EDIT TO ADD: Also, there is a lot of traffic on both roads that go by the house.

On another note, I tried in vain to zoom in on the black object by the base of the posts that so many have speculated about. Sadly, I couldn't tell what it is. My best guess is that it is a statue of a dog, maybe a Scottie dog. That is where the pet cemetery is so that might be what it is. I wonder what kind of a dog Tammy had that was buried there? MOO.

Thursday, September 19, morning: Chad flies to Mesa. (Speculation: to pick up Tylee's Jeep. They are emboldened by the apparent lack of outside interest/awareness in Tylee's disappearance)

Thursday, September 19, around noon: Babysitter arrives and is introduced to Alex. Lori and Alex go to airport to pick up MG.

Thursday, September 19, afternoon: JJ acts out while being watched by babysitter.

Thursday, September 19, late afternoon: Chad sets out to Rexburg in the Jeep. (Speculation)

Thursday, September 19, early evening: Lori, Alex, and MG arrive at apartment and MG is introduced to babysitter. Babysitter notices MG has no luggage. Lori acts extremely loving toward JJ. DW is not mentioned in babysitter account.

Friday, September 20, early morning: Chad arrives in Rexburg with Jeep (Speculation)

Sometime Friday or Saturday: MG witnesses PDA by Lori and Chad at BYU-I track. DW arrives in Rexburg by car from Utah.

Saturday, September 21, evening: MG and DW tape podcast. DW witnesses Alex take JJ to his apartment. When he returns carrying JJ the child appears to be asleep.

Sunday, September 22: DW asks Lori about JJ, she says Alex has taken him to his apartment.

Monday, September 23: MG and DW leave, either for Arizona or Utah. Alex spends 17 minutes in Chad's backyard starting at 1005.

The obvious inference is that JJ died Saturday night or Sunday, Chad dug the grave by the pond Sunday or early Monday morning, and Alex went by with the body and placed it in the grave.

Vicious amorality and and cold, inhumane manipulation of others. What monsters.

Didn't babysitter say that there wasn't a bedroom set in the other bedroom, and that JJ slept in Lori's room.

If MG an DW stayed at Lori's, there must have been another bedroom set? Was this a 2 or 3 bedroom condo?

She may face charges for that lie. Following these interviews she was served with a search warrant. It's sealed.

I hope so. She is a liar and obstruction of evidence
I will keep the rest of my opinions of her to myself so I don't get the boot.

Hmmm, When Lori left CV, didn't she take certain things with her, including JJ's meds? I seem to recall that CV refilled the prescription. We only know that the script wasn't refilled in Idaho, it may have been refilled elsewhere though.

MOO too much weight given to the Risperdal. I agree it is suspicious, but say Lori takes JJ to another doc weeks after that prescription and the new doc says "no more Risperdal, there is this other drug...". JJ gets a new prescription for something else and that bottle of Risperdal sits. I had a primary care and specialist prescribe 2 different drugs for the same issue a week apart. I filled the 1st before I got the 2nd opinion from the specialist. A year later I'm scratching my head trying to remember what this bottle of pills is the primary care doc prescribed.

If LE has evidence JJ never saw another doctor, got another opinion, or got a different prescription I am on the bandwagon the Risperdal is very significant. I'm just tempering my enthusiasm for it being a big part of the case.

As hard as I try to wrap my head around this whole case, I keep coming back to the realization that I will never understand it or any of those people. They are full of evil, IMO. Medically, I know there are terms to describe them. And I do refer to more people than CD and LVD and AxC. There's a modest-sized group of them. I pray the hands of Justice come down hard on them. Innocent blood has been shed. I am happy to wait patiently and see our courts give Justice. All IMO

Hellz nah. They brought a backhoe in there, for pete's sake. He knew what they would find. But he couldn't go anywhere; law enforcement was everywhere. I think when he put his foot on the gas, he had simply, finally, freaked out.

They brought an FBI Mobile Command Center for pete's sake! When the FBI Mobile Command Center, backhoe, and cadaver dogs show up at your house you better be freaked out.

The veil of separation between man and beast is micron thin.

And yet it holds for the vast majority of the population, pretty much across places and cultures. Thank goodness. Perforating that veil, or removing it entirely, isn't easy -- look how many resources armies have put into making their highly-trained soldiers kill more reliably and less stressfully. And even here it's notable how few of the faithful actually made it into the CD/LVD Crazy Circle. But it's certainly easier if you're wielding a powerful lever, and CD seems to have found his, plus a small, enthusiastic group that it worked on.

It's odd, I've been back-and-forthing on the prime mover in this whole murderous mess, and I now wonder whether there wasn't some weird feedback loop operating between CD and LVD/AC, such that they actively reinforced each other's worst qualities, and aberrant beliefs, amped up their resolve, in much the same way that we see in case of mass atrocities committed by soldiers and civilian groups in some well-known cases. I really think that had they not finally been caught we would have seen more carnage, because the very fact that they hadn't been caught would have been viewed by them as proof of the rightness of their cause and their exalted status as the chosen.
