@ReadySet - was wondering if you could look up Amanda Dunlap - now that Molina is going to be sentenced. She is going to be continuing her hearings after his trial - so wondering if she has any updated court hearing dates yet.

She is also in Ada County. TIA!

I know Molina's sentencing is August 29th and no death penalty option. Amanda won't face death either because of her plea bargain, 5 injury to child at 10 years each is max 50 for her.

*Sentencing Hearing (@ 1:30pm MT) – ID – Lyryk Jean Altom (20 mos.) (Oct. 8, 2017, Twin Falls-taken to hospital & died Oct. 14, 2017) – *Joshua Eric Molina (33/now 37) (BF) arrested & charged (March/2017) & arraigned (5/30/18) on 1st degree murder & 3 counts felony injury to a child. Will be retried on 1st degree murder & 2 counts of felony injury to a child. Plead not guilty. Bond reduction denied (2/1/22).
Trial began on 2/25/20 for Molina only & ended on 3/8/20 with guilty verdict for 1 count of felony injury to a child. Will be retried on the 1st degree murder & 2 counts of felony injury to a child.
Re-Trial began on 5/23/22 & ended on 6/5/22. 6/8/22: Found guilty on 2 counts of felony injury to a child; could not decide on 1st degree murder charge.

After Wednesday’s guilty verdict, Molina’s sentencing has been set for 8/29/22 at 1:30pm.
*Amanda Jean Dunlap (23/now 27) “mom” – Next Status conference hearing on 5/3/21. 5/3/21: Hearing was vacated. Will not be tried until after Molina’s retrial.

Says her case is "still pending."
