She walked out of the elevator looked left started stumbling to her right. There is a door immediately around the corner from the elevators that is marked "Private." There is no handle, it's just one you push. But where that leads too I have no idea! That private door is on the main level.

Long time lurker first time poster. Been seeing this case blow up crazy on social media and came here to see if you guys were talking about it. <modsnip> As a twenty-something who lived a similar lifestyle in my teens I hope to offer some clarification/speculation on some things.

First off as far as her jeans appearing to be not as ripped in the footage as they are in the Snapchats when she first get there....when you wear tight jeans usually over the day they loosen up a bit with movement / sitting / standing / walking. You can see they pinch her stomach a bit in the Snapchat but in the footage they're sliding down and she adjusts them. That's what's causing them to look less ripped because as they slide down the threads are closer together. Snapchat also flips your images if I'm not mistaken but the mirror seems to have flipped it back, but that's relevant for the other Snapchats as I see people mention her wristwear.

Her hair looks "wiggy" as it seems to be extensions. They were tucked neatly behind her ear at first but when she was frantically wondering the hair moved forward and she seemed to be too inebriated to worry about that at that point.

Running a train doesn't necessarily refer to gang rape. It can be consensual. But I think the implication in that instance was otherwise. I don't believe that's what happened to her personally. Also I think it was cleared up that her friends were referring to the parking issues in the background. The tickets may be so high for losing your stub or whatever they were talking about because it's apparently close to an airport so people may attempt to park there instead of the airport and that may be in place as kind of a deterrent.

Now for the drug speculation. As far as her sipping lean/purple drank ( Codeine Cough syrup with Promethazine usually mixed with some kind of soda etc ) I don't think so. I've been around that scene quite a bit in my wild years and I know lean is pretty expensive now a days. Not something you bring to a party unless you have a surplus of funds, especially as a teen. Something in regards to a large company discontinuing manufacturing due to abuse. Entertainers use it but they have the means to buy it. It's also a downer and leaves you in your own little world so it's not a big party drug like something like coke / molly / x.

That's not to say she wasn't under the influence of some kind of opiate. Percocets are more likely to be seen at a party, cheaper and easier to come by. Those pills usually take some time to kick in though and it seems she wasn't there that long. Although other factors matter, ie: did she take them before she left? did she drink something like orange juice to promote them kicking in? did she eat before she took them, etc etc etc.

When I saw her my first instinct was Xanax + Alcohol. Also cheap and commonly used. It seems she's under the influence of something that's making her body feel heavy which maybe be why she's kind of stomping at some points. Xanax kicks in really quick as it's an instant release anxiety medication. It makes you feel kind of drunk. It's also really easy to overestimate your dose if you don't use it frequently and listen to the doses that other people use. Especially when you mix it with alcohol. It also causes blackouts and plenty of people, including young me, to do things that make absolutely no sense with no recollection of periods of time. Some people compare it to the Quaaludes of yesteryear.

As far as Molly / X I don't really see it. IMO there would've been a little more pep in her step, that leaves you wired. Kind of like baby speed. I have heard of Molly reacting badly with some people though. I don't think it was GHB. It's not really common in urban communities as far as I've experienced.

I've seen a lot of conspiracy theories out there and I've looked into a few out of curiousity but I honestly think it may have been a case of overestimating her tolerance whether or not it was just alcohol or something more potent.

Hope this helps. Happy to clear any other slang / drug questions up. Or at least I'll try.

No. The police have said there is only one entrance/exit to that area, the one K took. Her sister said there are seven ways in/out. That is a massive discrepancy. But we don't really know what the truth is. We haven't really been able to identify where the kitchen under construction is on the floor plan.

looking at the floor plan the multiple in and outs fits better/

In addition that makes more sense in terhms of design - at a lot of conferences your pretty pushed for time at lunch - those hallways are huge

I dont think so the lighting fixtures are different

Online it got like 4 stars but too me it looks kind of dumpy and old .
I tried to find some history on it out of curiosity but did not find much.

under renovation so it seems to be that would be the place

Judgeing by the traffic we saw i would think this is their slow time making sense they would renovate then

Back to it being kinda dumpy - forgot the rate I saw was 127 which is really low

does anyone know how long a drive is it from her house to get to this hotel

Where did you read that Fire Oven is under renovation? This restaurant is in the middle of the building, basically behind the front desk, and opposite a Men's restroom.

a motel will rent to a group of young people. I don't know if there is an actual age limit. If there is, it is possible someone in this group was at/over the required age, or an altered ID was used. Or had someone else's credit card.

It's common for people to play around with other's phones at social events, especially if the other person has more of a following. Credit card fraud for that kind of stuff is also really common so I don't take that as suspicious in regards to Kenneka's death either. I sure wouldn't want to put my card as a deposit for 30 partying young adults.

I really don't think her friends had anything to do with it other than not really paying attention to what was going on, but I'm sure it's more likely because they were preoccupied trying to keep up with themselves.

Looks really similar but you can note slight differences, no TV. Boxy thing on wall where button is. This leads me to think maybe she thought she got off on that floor as it looks the same but got off in the basement because she pressed the wrong button. Then she was super confused and was looking for an exit to go to the parking lot. As the rep said she opened doors but if she wanted to go upstairs she could've went up the stairs she tripped on or back in the elevator.......

I think this was a tragic accident, not murder. The only way I would consider anything else would be if it was confirmed that there was more than one entrance/exit leading to that freezer.

Another 12 hours passed before somebody, as yet unidentified, (how on earth can that be hard?? For so long?)

t will "a few weeks" before the cause of death can be determined and that cases like this typically take a long time to reach a conclusion.

I really think it might've been. Based off the info the guy gave about the freezer. He said it was dark inside the freezer and so I don't think the mechanism to get out is illuminated like it apparently is in newer ones, if you've never been in a freezer you might not even notice a way out. Maybe she thought it was like metal staff only doors leading outside? Thats pure speculation though.

My best friend works at a restaurant and when we discussed it she said she got closed in the freezer a few times. Although I don't know the style of this one compared to hers. I did look at some videos of Gordon Ramsay in Hotel Hell / Kitchen Nightmares and the doors don't seem to always be as complicated as one would assume.

Oh I know. I'm definitely a true crime junkie I just usually don't have much input....but I felt like the fact that I'm relatively close in age to her might help give some insight to this case in particular.
