Nearly 500 tips so far tied to ‘anthony_shots’ in Delphi murder case

How many of those 500 tips say: "His name is KAK"?

I followed this case daily from the very first thread but sadly I had to walk away
from it after the new sketch was released because, quite frankly, it wrecked me emotionally. After the April 2019 presser nothing made any sense anymore.

So, many now are touching on what exactly bugged me about that PC.

Specifically- at the April 22, 2019 press conference Doug Carter made this statement;"To the killer, who may be in this room: We believe you are hiding in plain sight," Carter said. "In more than two years, you never thought we would shift gears to a different investigative strategy, but we have."

They had a 4 foot sketch of a person's face right down front in a packed room. How in the world could Carter make the statement "who may be in this room" and "hiding in plain sight"? All people had to do was look around the room and tackle the guy. How could he be hiding in plain sight if his picture was on a 4 foot tall easel? Is this because Carter knew that this "new" sketch was done from the memory of someone who only saw his picture on Libby's phone at some point and not someone on the trail? That it was from a phony profile?

From the link above; "The sketch released on Monday was drawn by Bryant on Feb. 17, 2017, a few days after the victims' bodies were found. The picture was based on the description of a person who saw something that the person felt needed to be reported, according to Bryant."

Yeah, I think they have specifically been appealing those who were contacted by and interacted with anthony_shots since that presser, which is why they said at the time that the first sketch was now "secondary".

Now... I can't escape the notion that YBG is Catfish Guy and OBG is Actual Bridge Guy.

And KAK could easily have gained additional weight since 2017.

What exactly do y’all think the additional information LE is supposed to be releasing next week will look like? Another bulletin, press conference, small or large?
Do you think it will just be a request for some other type of information? A clarification of how this relates to Delphi? Putting into context this week’s police bulletin? Release of actual/additional helpful information? Declaration of a real suspect? Arrest or charges brought to someone.
I know what I want it to be! What I don’t want it to be is another nothing of a press conference, where LE treats us like we don’t exist or one full of manufactured drama that goes nowhere.

When his court case showed problems with the first class mail delivery, I wondered if someone left town. Then the thought crossed my mind that he might be covering for someone who really did create the profile.

As always, the more I learn about this case, the less I know and the more questions I have.

I don’t quite understand why the Clerk of the Court would address mail to a prior residential address for someone who’s already been arrested. According to the media, he was arrested at his girlfriends apartment in Kokomo and she no longer resides there either.

That comment is from a media report last updated Feb 27/2017. Lots of things could change between then and now including LE changing what they “believe”.

No denying their current interest in KAK, why we just don’t know.

Good thinking. Someone having seen the profile pic of Anthony_shots on Libby's phone.
That makes a lot of sense. It fits with
Libby wiping her phone some days before their trip to the MHB.
But the predator even though first contact was on line, seemingly remote and random was actually a local CASM criminal and could easily have found out who she was, where she lived, and her other SM accounts.

So MOO first contact with Anthony_shots hot rich teen dude, then a follow up with a different profile, on Kik for example from a different person/account.

500 tips is great, they asked for specifics, screen shots, dates to even leave a tip.

I'm not so sure about that .. its quite a coincidence that an attorney from Logansport is representing a man from Delphi and a man from Peru that have both been somehow connected to this case. There are lots of attorneys in this area to choose from. Maybe nothing .. but I wouldn't count it out. Wonder if he was court appointed and if so, is that normal to appoint someone from a different town?

In my experience, especially in a high-profile case such as this, the court would appoint an experienced attorney who has dealt with cases where the punishment is life in prison, has a lot of trial experience, etc.
But I agree, it's an odd coincidence, although in a small town area, defense attorneys quickly get a reputation amongst criminals and are referred to by other criminals. MOO
My concern is that Achey is Ron Logan's long-time attorney. I would hate to see this case appealed for any reason. Seems risky.

I wonder if LE knows for sure that KAK created that account and how many other men used for hookups and not just file-sharing.

Surely KAK was not serious about keeping any meetups he might have arranged? Maybe it was an experiment of sorts...ego booster. I think money must have been a strong motivation plus the satisfaction of his perversions to watch child *advertiser censored*. Regarding meetups... that anthony_shots profile was hot... and the hopes a guy might have of actually having sex with the young lady would be DOA. Unless there were far more nefarious intentions for the meetup.

IMO , young girls (and boys) are sometimes easily manipulated.
This entire Anthony Shots profile proves that.
A meetup is 100 percent probable, and all KAK would need to do is say "I have nude photos of you- or video of you touching yourself. If you don't do this or that with me of for me, I will show your dad what you sent me. (or peers, teachers, etc)"
Imagine how frightening that would be for a 12 or 13 year old girl!
Thinking the whole world would see her in that way.
It reminds me of a young Canadian girl that ACTUALLY had this happen to her.
The sick perp turned her photos loose to all of her peers..she was taunted, bullied and even PHYSICALLY assaulted at her school.
Guess what the outcome was???
She eventually took her own life.

These *advertiser censored******** that victimize these children understand how to get inside of their victims heads LONG before a meetup.
They know how to get someone to comply with their demands.

In the case of A&L ( if it this scenario) This SOB had no idea that these 2 girls would FIGHT the way that they did. He thought he would get them to do what he wanted and that they would keep their mouths shut.

If FBI agents/police act this way no wonder people do not bother calling tips in. I lost faith in the FBI that day.
Since this predator wasn't on their wanted list they had no time to care.

The official FBI poster has always stated the eye colour to be Unknown.

I totally agree about the height. My hubby always said 6 foot. He was 5'11. Now he's old, keeps saying 6 foot. I don't get it. He gets a big side eye from me. No one ever measured him. I'm sure he's shrunk. moo

they tend to do height and weight when booking them, whether they actually measured him and weighed him or relied on what he said only LE know, but even if they went off his statements he would be in the proximate range of 6ft
