It's on her FB and twitter feeds...I thought you guys were suppose to be sleuths? Why would you not see what family of Ron is saying instead of just speculating.

We are also everyday people who lead normal lives. Some of us have been touched by tragedy, and try to give back by being victim's advocates.

Has a connection with any of our POIs, or RSO's been made in relation to the fire on 21 November 2016 when 4 girls under the age of 12 burned to death The fire was reported as deliberately lit. The address is mighty close to someone in this case who I'm on the tail of...

http://www.carrollcountycomet.com/news/2017-01-25/Front_Page/Flora_fire_is_ruled_intentional.html

I've seen that people on other sites are trying to link it but LE has not mentioned any connection.

I think it's really helpful to think about how people would respond to such situations. I would offer this, with RL's history with LE, I think that if he came home to find something amiss in his home or on his property he might try to conceal it, even though that could prove to be very ill advised. He might assume that LE would automatically consider him a suspect in whatever might be going on even if he knew himself to be innocent. I don't think he's BG but he might have hidden or rearranged evidence in order to distance himself from connection to the crime.

I disagree. At that time he had no idea what was going on and responded innocently IMOO.

People are wondering how a single man could control two girls. I've heard people mention different types of weapons. But there's one item I haven't seen mentioned that I think would be far more effective.....a badge.

...

Just my opinion.

[emoji51] Shriek! This gave me chills and makes me want to yank my WS account, hide under a quilt, and retreat to my happy place. [emoji51]

Ok, so maybe railroaded was not a good term to use in this situation, but they can legally mess with someone who committed a parole violation such as sending them to prison for 2 years for a DUI.

Anyone who has lost a family member or friend to a drunk driver would be howling with rage if a man charged four separate times in four years with drunk driving, was found to have violated probation and was not arrested for that.

Well even if we disagree I hope we can still be friends:) There's really no way to know what he knew and when he might have known it... sigh. MOO but I do think LE thinks he knows more than he is saying given the probable cause SW that they have stated is related to the homicide investigation.

"The smoking gun" is long gone IMHO. Very telling of our currant FBI IMO. :(

JMO, it's very easy to beat up on LE when you have no facts, and IMO smoking guns are the stuff of TV shows. I'm guessing real-life crime investigations are difficult and take time and LE isn't concerned about keeping us entertained (they've got real, very important work to do!).

JMO!

Bless you.

I have to laugh when some people apparently think the police are so dumb they didn't think of basic things. They also use very specific databases to cross check crimes & information looking for a nexus.

cops sometimes miss the obvious..one of jeffrey dalmers kidnap victims ran down the street nude, the cops saw and questioned him but he had been drugged, they gave him back to dalmer, lovers spat they thought. Imagine the cops having to live with that.

Besides that, anyone can post a social media account with any name. People are not verified. So even if it is a 'true account', it is not relevant in this forum because only MSM (mainstream media) is considered credible. Hope this helps. I had to reply to our Tulessa because there wasn't a name on the account she replied to. Thanks.

Added, sorry Tokyorose, I see you'd already addressed this. :blushing:

It wasn't a double murder in front of them. Yes, I agree they missed the ball in that case, but it's really apples and oranges here.

While I still can't find the link that shows the Carroll County Inmate Roster (PLEASE! Someone? Anyone? Message me if you have linked it for me and I missed it! Someone used to post it regularly in the beginning and it is driving me insane!)....

I can still find the Clinton COunty one. I think this is where they moved RL- they stated for safety reasons. http://www.clintoncountysheriff.com/jail-divison/inmate-lookup/

A couple of things- another case I followed, the dude used to also be moved when he had an appointment that would be close to the other location- hospital, psychiatric, psychological eval, etc. It is possible the reason he was moved there and moved back pretty quickly is for some sort of appointment they set up. Not sure why they wouldnt say, but it is possible.

Also, since I don't think it is RL on the bridge for a whole lot of reasons, I am still trying to crosscheck those who have been arrested, especially with no bond. I sort with the most recent date at the top. Well, it seems they do have a registered sex offender in custody on 3/15/2017. Initials PWW. Has anyone seen any info about this?

Thanks, y'all!

No one is going to solve this or any other crime from a laptop. If the FBI & ISP can't solve it, some keyboard detective isn't going to unless they were there or someone confesses to them.

Forgive me for my ignorance, as i have only recently joined this site, and only became aware of this site after watching "the killing season," but webslueths has actually solved some crimes, or helped to ID persons that LE failed to ID, correct?

Yes, this is true.
